I am out of town until tomorrow. I called because my renters were having issues with a lift pump, a leak and a smelly backed up sink. Brian answered the phone early this morning and they got to the problem quickly. Chase was really knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He identified the problem right away and called to quote a price before moving forward. He fixed the problem quickly and I felt the price was super reasonable. I'll definitely be putting their number on the fridge for future use!

** Hi there, me again, 4 years later. We've kept that number on the fridge and use Alaska Sewer & Drain for our regular maintenance. Chase just responded to an after hours call for us again (and usually does the maintenance) and he's still the best! We love this company and really appreciate their continued availability and reliability.

Keenan and Anchorage Sewer and Drain did a great job on a very frigid day. He explained everything he was seeing on the camera which helped me formulate a plan to repair my broken sewer pipe when Spring comes. All in all, a great job. Very responsive company!!

The service guy came out to fix a drain that wasn't draining right. The contacted us before arriving to make sure we were prepared, and once he got here he was all business and had the problem cleared in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly guy, focused on work and doing an excellent job. Two thumbs up!

Alaska Sewer and Drain really came through for us on short notice. We had a blockage in the main sewer line to the septic tank and sewer water was backing up through a drain on the first floor of the house. The owner is elderly and housebound, so going elsewhere for toileting/showering, etc. was not an option. Alaska Sewer and Drain sent out a technician within 4 hours. He cleared the blockage and also discovered that the septic was not draining properly into the leach field. He was able to hydro jet the pipes to get the septic back in service as well. What a lifesaver! We are so grateful.

Called at 8:00am and asked if they could clear a drain same day. The response was absolutely, this afternoon the tech will call you when he is on his way. When they hadn’t called at 3:00pm, I called them and now the story is if you pay for after hours service we can be there. Not happy.

I had a tub that would not draina and placed a call to Alaska Sewer and Drain and left a voicemail. An hour later, I had not heard back from them and I called back. My call was forwarded to someone's cell phone who was not related to the company. I did send a note on their website. Almost 24 hours later I have not heard back from anyone at Alaska Sewer and Drain. I called Arctic Sewer and Drain and they came and took care of my issue in under 30 minutes.

If anyone wanted to follow how to treat customers....call these guys. From answering the phone, to completimg the job, experience was top notch. Chase, the technician, was absolutely professional and went above to make sure job was done. He cleaned up, wore booties. I would recommend this service company!

I had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night, the dispatcher I spoke to was very prompt and polite (even though I was trying not to panic lol)

Within the hour, two plumbers arrived (I don’t remember their names, I’m sorry!) and they immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it. They also gave me great advice as a new condo owner, what to do if it happened again.

Technician showed up earlier than expected. He went right to work. He found the problem and snaked out the drain line. He doubled checked everything when he was done. Line was cleaned out with no problems. He arrived, did the job, cleaned up, and completely done in less than 75 minutes. He was fantastic.

I have had to use them several times over the last seven years due to some ongoing clog/drain issues and I've always been very pleased with their service. I've had the fortunate experience of having Brennan the last several times and he is always so courteous and explains things and goes out of his way to make sure I am happy.
They also do my sewer clean out usually I will have it done every year and again excellent service and very courteous and prompt. I would highly recommend them.

Sucks to pay $1000 to have your drain cleared on a weekend, only to have it backup again 5 days later, then be told their next appointment isn’t for a week and offer no other solution. I appreciated their prompt availability initially, but now I’m back at square one but with the added bonus of frozen sewage in my driveway from the first attempt to solve the problem. Huge bummer

Brandon was an absolute legend, 4 days before Christmas and this company was able to come out late at night on a short notice and fixed our clog promptly and educated us on any pitfalls to avoid in the future. Thanks again!

Keenan was very professional in explaining the project ahead and the details of possible sequence of events. I did expect him to take his snaking equipment to crawlspace and snake from bathtub drain to house outlet to begin with, but the equipment provided to him was too large to fit down crawlspace access. Thus, he proceeded to remove toilet and snake past sink & tub to outlet. He was great with adapting process to accomplish the task which then included locating the house cleanout under the edge of my deck under all the snow!!! Mission accomplished before 5 p.m. with recomendations.

My sewer line froze and AK Sewer and Drain were the only company I could find who actually had the right equipment for the job and made it out to me after hours on a weekend. I can’t express how grateful I am for their quick, thorough work. Keenan was an excellent technician! Thank you so much!

They send an email with a picture before the technician arrives, which is great. Chase was super nice and got the toilet clog taken care of, calm and professional. And he cleaned up afterwards.
Overall great experience and highly recommend using them.
