I got denied by many companies due to my household being Covid Positive and they agreed to come! The guy was awesome and very professional. He explained everything going on and kept me in the loop which I very much appreciated!

Victory Drain Cleaning was super responsive and came to Seward when we were in a bind. Seth, our plumber, was responsive, kind, dedicated and worked until the job was completed. We were so appreciative of their professional services and expertise.

Called victory drain cleaning for a clogged/ backed up toilet. Let them know the situation in advance before arrival. Upon arriving they did not trouble shoot the problem check drains or toilet. They asked if any of my other drains or sinks were backed up I let them know my toilet was the only issue. Once they finally checked the toilet they let me know I had to drain or empty it myself before they could trouble shoot or figure the problem out. They were her for less than 5 mins. I Ended up calling drain masters right after. They got here within the hour. Checked all the drains and made sure it was just a internal problem with the toilet and that the other drains weren't the cause. They were able to get me an estimate of the work that needed to be done within 15 mins of being here and got the toilet unclogged for me. Victory ended up being a dead in but I'm glad it lead me to a company that is thorough and left no loose ends. I strongly recommend DRAIN MASTERS all around full service unlike others and great customer service.

After calling five other companies to no avail, one recommended Victory. They were at our house within 15 minutes. Anthony was open about what could be the problem and possible solutions. He began working on it, but soon, through no fault of his own, the snake was caught up on something. After fighting with it by himself, he called in another gentleman in to help. They worked so hard to get the snake working. When they were able to get it free, they continued to on with the job until they got the clog flushed out. Anthony gave us some options going forward as he wasn’t happy about what the true issue was and made a plan to investigate further once breakup comes. He also gave us payment options, which we declined. The bill was less than we expected. The bonus with working with Anthony was we were also introduced to his 4 month old puppy! I would work with and recommend Victory again without hesitation!

I had a major backup of my plumbing Friday morning before Memorial Day Weekend. These guys were at my house within an hour and had it cleared stat. Needed some follow up during the weekend and they gave me a break even though it was a holiday. Hoping I won’t need drain services again anytime soon, but if I do I know whom I’ll be calling!

overcharged me 200$ by charging me 250$ for the part, 50$ for trip fee to go to home depot and get a part. i could've done that part myself for by buying the part for 120$ but there wasn't really any transparency and just charged me after the fact.

Totally sneaky and rip off business. Charged $200 for a call out covering the 1st hour. Was told specifically that trip charge was included in that cost. (Although no business is worth a trip charge)
Was at my property for less than and hour, and then tried to charge driving time to the property. At no time when I booked the job was I told the 1st hour time started when they were driving. (Would never had hired them). So basically trying to charge $236 for less than an hour of work. Not to mention Dave is very rude when you call them out on it.

Victory is honestly amazing. I have used them twice now for backed up lines and they came out here and fixed it within an hour. Very professional people to work with. They are my go to company. 100% recommend

My Fiancé’s ring went down the shower drain at 10pm. Victory Drain Cleaning responded within the hour and we were assured that we were in good hands. No other plumbing company answered even though they claim 24 hour service. Victory Drain Cleaning answered the call and acted fast. They retrieved the ring within 10 minutes with a minimally invasive retracting claw and were on their way. I highly recommend their professional service in your time of need. Great people and even greater customer service.

What a great business. I first called with my issue and had a technician dispatched within the hour. They were upfront with pricing and everyone with whom I interacted was kind, professional, and competent. I highly recommend them!

The tech, Cody, was super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He had my drain flowing free and unclogged in 20 minutes, then spent the rest of the hour re-snaking/jetting the pipes, making sure there would be no problems later on. Truly outstanding. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Great mechanical company to use. Local family business. I have been using their services for years and will continue using.

Expensive job, but used poor quality materials (in some locations) and had to come back again and again and again to fix errors they made the first time around. Now I ask for part information and where I can buy it myself - and they tell me "perhaps you should call someone else".

I have had good service, each time my furnace goes out they fix it. I like there knowledge of the heating system and suggestions.

I do not recommend this company.

I scheduled a routine maintenance of my furnace. They failed to show. When I called, they said that one of their employees had failed to show up for work. That happens, but they should have let me know. They couldn't reschedule for a few weeks. I called a few days before the rescheduled visit to reconfirm the appointment. On the morning of the rescheduled appointment, they called to cancel. They said they were too busy.

They did a routine maintenance on my furnace a couple of years ago. At that time, the plumber explained that replacing the igniter is part of routine maintenance. Despite having advance information about my furnace, he did not have an igniter with him. It took him about an hour to go to the store and get one. The clock was running.

I suggest looking for a more reliable company.

Nothing but great things to say about the caring team at Bowman Mechanical! Our kitchen sink was leaking into our downstairs bedroom and other plumbing companies had a 3-7 week wait to get out to our place to check it out. Bowman was able to come the very next day and get it fixed for us in under an hour! Ralph was very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Bowman!
