I am very happy with the service I received from Brian Bowman. He reached out on a Friday morning and was able to come by that same afternoon! Another company had done the work on my brand new home but he was still willing to come in and fix their mistakes. He did a great job, was professional and timely. I wish the work had originally been done by him as I know he would have done it right the first time. Thank you!

We had a major issue with a part that diamond heating couldn't find. Bowman got me the part number and I found the last part in North America online.

I ordered it over night shipping and when it got here they came out to install it.

This was December, no heat, and no hot water.

Saved us from paying 22k for a new system from diamond heating.

Not easy to find since they are in the back of the building. Brian Bowman is a great trouble shooter for boilers and all your plumbing needs. Give them a call.

I dealt with Ashley and made an order for approximately 2350. When I got to the job site, which was 3 hours away from the supply house. Found that 80 percent of my fittings were wrong. At this point I was a sitting duck with majority of the parts useless. I had the confidence that they had competence and knew what items they give their customers. I won’t be going back to them.

Clean, well organized store, and phenomenal customer service. Answered all our questions and happily helped us find the right parts. It couldnt have been any faster or more friendly of an experience. We will definitely return for more advice and to source specialty plumbing parts.
