Anthony is an awesome young man. He knows his job. He tells you up front what to expect. Anthony was able to repair the sewer by running a snake through the drain and walla, no more water on my floor. I was so pleased. We really enjoyed this company today. He helped solve a problem that I’ve been trying to get solved for over couple years.

He was polite and friendly, listened to my assessment of the problem (I clogged the garbage disposal with carrot peels), confirmed I was correct, and got right to solving the problem. Man oh man!! Drain Masters gets 10 Stars!! We had leakage coming from the main water panel and the garbage disposal since Saturday and had to shut all the water off to the house. Aiden and John came through and replaced both the panel and the garbage disposal in a remarkable amount of time. I am super happy with the service and his knowledge of the plumbing services he provided. I would definitely recommend Drain Masters for all of your plumbing needs. Drain Master is awesome. They did a great job of communicating. The technician that helped with my sink. Did a great job and Renee in the office also was professional.

Call me butterfingers or clumsy or whatever. But when the top of my glucometer went down the sink drain, I was not a happy camper. I found Drain Masters when I googled plumbers in Anchorage, Alaska. I was so thankful for their quick response. Anthony removed that J shaped drain pipe and "PLUNK!" out came my cap. I was glad. Anthony was glad. We could have done the Snoopy dance. I would recommend this company anytime. The call out price was reasonable. Anthony was efficient and kind. Larry was so very helpful when I booked them. At this time when groceries, gas and utilities are increasing in price it is so refreshing to find a company like DRAIN MASTERS.

Technicians did a good job with the repair itself unfortunately they plumbed it so the pipe is partially outside of the stud so I will have to modify the drywall to get it to fit back into place rather than just put a new piece back in place. If it was any worse they would have to come back and redo it entirely.

Mr Anthony came by and cleaned out our kitchen drain. He explained that everything very thoroughly and was very straightforward with the pricing. Anthony was a great person and I enjoyed chatting with him while he worked on the drain. If this happens again we will request him to come back out!

Madison was awesome. He fixed our shower cartridge. Called and barely an hour later he was there! Fixed it in under an hour. At first we thought we had to call HOA, but he came back and figured out our valves were mislabeled and was able to complete the job.
