Big Thank you to your Drain Master Technician Gerald T for replacing our kitchen n plumbing. My kitchen looks so much more brighter than the old brown sink we had. Forgot to take photo of the Ole one. Lovit n doing dishes in the sink more than using my dish washer. Excellent.

I was having an absolutely terrible day full of chaos and frustration. My dishwasher leaked causing ceiling damage additionally the drain was backed up. Drain Master returned my call promptly. Sean showed up when he said he would. He did the work professionally, competently and with kindness. Working with a company that demonstrated amazing customer service and had a highly skilled person was the best thing that could happen in a day that was a mess.

Gerald is the best!!! This is the 2nd time he has completed repairs at my house and I would definitely give him my highest recommendations. He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient with his time and personable.

Drain Masters are outstanding. I scheduled online (which I really appreciated) for a same day appointment and after calling to confirm, Madison was at my door. Great tech, was able to identify the issue right away, and had my leak solved in under 30 mins. I was able to pay right away, and there was no hassle or worry. 10/10 highly recommend.

We worked with Anthony; honestly, my wife worked with Anthony, and she felt respected and comfortable with him. Anthony was honest with the assessment of our ancient toilet and needing to replace and was transparent with the possible cost. Also, Anthony was able to handle the current problem at hand. Anthony had to get down in our crawlspace, and respectfully removed and replaced stored items in the closet the crawlspace access. He was very professional, respectful, transparent and knowledgeable. We will recommend Drain Masters to anyone, as we were referred to them by a family friend.

Came and resolved the issue in one day! All were support informative. They gave estimates throughout the entire consultation. Then also gave a final estimate before doing any work. They gave multiple options for payment and even offered financing. We had a mainline clog due to a snake that got broken in the pipes before we bought our house.

Drain Master showed up as scheduled. I appreciate that they texted me in advance, and again when they were on the way. The technician, Shaun, was professional and explained his recommendation before starting work. Best of all, my kitchen drain was cleared quickly with no mess.

Our experience was very poor. Although the plumber did good and efficient work, the company charged over $500 for labor even though the plumber the company sent was here for less than an hour—and with no prior disclosure of such a crazy fee. We
Strongly recommend against using DM.

Anthony, our professional service tech, was generally happy, confident, and reassuring. Our floor drain was plugged. He explained what he was going to do to clear the drain. Then, he effortlessly and with purpose unclogged the drain with a commercial grade snake. Afterwards, Anthony shared some tips for a bacteria grade drain cleaner to use as a regular maintenance tip for our drains.

Gerald was the first Plumber to actually accurately identify the problem and I’m very fortunate that he was the plumber that finally fixed it. It was no simple task. The Pipe laid against the exterior wall fixed in place with blown foam insulation that was rock hard Immobilizing the drainage pipe and making removal quite difficult . The hardened insulation had to be chipped away from the leaking pipe.After he did this he was able to cut the pipe out. He replaced the pipe redirecting itt down through a new opening in the floor. True, true his initial impression, a large crack in the pipe Was quite visible!
Now everything is flowing well no leaks. I’m delighted. He is a great asset to Drain Masters, and I can’t thank him enough for his expertise.
