Would give 0 if possible. Was super rude barely hauled off timber. Was late which meant I was late to work sense I had to let them into the gate.(37 minutes and roads conditions were clea) Would not recommend

I had two trees removed, Benjamin and his crew did a fast efficient job. Clean up was awesome! Benjamin is easy to work with, he even came back and removed an item that was not theirs that was left in a tree in my backyard. I highly recommend!!!

If you need a tree removed or several like me then these are the guys to use! Quick, efficient, responsive, kind, professional and did an impressive job. They gave me a free honest estimate and took time to answer my questions. As they did the work I could see them take consideration for my property and the surrounding area. Seriously use these guys for your tree needs!

I got a coupon in the mail and figured I’d give them a try. The company we used last year for two other trees left wood chips everywhere, was such a hassle to clean so I’m happy that Apex not only left my front yard pretty clean, Benjamin was also easy to work with and they got it done very quickly. Not only that but it’s cut almost to the ground.

Very happy and I will recommend them.

I am a general contractor operating out of Anchorage. We recently had a shed project that required some trees to be removed, so I called Apex. Benjamin answered the phone while he was in a tree! Despite that, he was incredibly professional and had great phone etiquette. To keep things brief, I texted him my info, and he promptly reached out to get us on the schedule.

Benjamin and his team did an amazing job. They efficiently cut down two birch trees in the backyard, bucked them into manageable pieces for a log splitter, stacked everything neatly, and even cleaned off the deck of any sawdust—all within a few hours.

These guys are true professionals, and I look forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Ben and his crew were absolute professionals and did an amazing job taking down 5 large beetle killed spruce with care not to damage other trees and plants. They had time left to remove some random willows/choke cherry as well cleaning up dead branches on some large birch. Very reasonably priced and efficient with time. Will definitely use his services again if needed. Highly recommended!

We had a few tree companies come and give us a quote. Apex came over quickly and had a quote right away- no waiting. A couple days later his team came and took care of business. I watched them work the whole time- they never let a branch touch our house as they came down and worked safely and efficiently. We are so glad we turned to Apex. This poor kitty cat got stuck up in a tree and Apex agreed to help. He showed up within the hour and got the cat down. Not my cat but it was my dog who chased him up there so I feel somewhat responsible. Anyway I’m so grateful the cats down without any problems. Thx you Ben & son for helping. I've booked with Apex multiple times. Reasonable quotes, great communication, extremely polite and efficient. One worker even volunteered to climb a tree in my yard that was unrelated to the job so he could remove a precariously hanging branch at no cost. Would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend this tree removal company! We recently had two trees come down during a windstorm--one over a fence and another near an electric line. Apex Tree Care was incredible from start to finish. We submitted an online request for a free quote and they responded the next morning.
