Quick to respond and always do great work. Dave is wonderfully nice and has solved 2 different plumbing issues for us. Very easy to put in an online ticket or just call their friendly staff to get a quick response.

Brian is super awesome, professional and personable. He had previously done the plumbing in my home and when I had an issue, he remembered the house and was very knowledgeable about what could be the issue. He was super flexible working with my schedule and got out to fix my issue quickly.

Boiler Man is the way to go.

We decided to get the boiler system inspected before the winter months hit us. A week prior to our appointment with someone else, the whole system went down. Our original tech could not get to us for a month! We called around town and The Boiler Man was the only company that could get to us in a reasonable amount of time. Let me tell you, I am so glad they were here.

They sent a crew out immediately. Their front office moved around appointments to accommodate my home which was without hot water.

Their techician was professional, very laid back, easy going, and very friendly. They replaced the needed parts and their front office kept us in the loop for billing and parts on order.

A week later, more problems started. They sent a technician out AGAIN - that very day. They inspected and the tank was bad. They found a replacement and handled the warranty work from the office. Ladies and gentlemen, Palmer is known for a great community and its people like The Boiler Man that make this reputation as good as it is.

Three days later, I have a working system and a company that will never fail us. I will NOT go anywhere else.

Boiler man Plumbing and Heating follow-up. The owner Called me this morning and MORE than made up for any mistakes or misunderstandings. He offered to forgive my entire bill. I told him that wasn't necessary and that I would pay him a fairly adjusted invoice. Considering the owner's stellar response to the situation, I apologize for the earlier post. If you have plumbing needs Boiler Man made it right for me!

I had them install a replacement unit heater in my garage. The 2 techs that showed up were clean, polite, fast and I had zero issues with the install or the pricing. Billing and office staff were also excellent. I have them regularly clean and service my furnace and on demand water heater.

Our furnace was not producing heat and making 'banging' noises. I called Boiler Man as soon as they opened at 7a and we had a technician within a couple hours. Roy was very knowledgeable, professional, answered our questions, explained the work needed/parts needed replacing and completed everything. He made sure both thermostats were working and checked the registers for heat. Roy called the next day to be sure everything was working efficiently. I recommend this business and I will call the Boiler Man when I next need service.

Can a boiler install be beautiful? You bet! We replaced our old system with a new boiler and the pipe in the mechanical room is so neat and pretty. So professional! A number of other issues were addressed at the same time. The Boiler Man crew was here on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. We were impressed! Highly recommend.

Had a water issue over a weekend, and got ahold of these guys. David was able to come out to our house fairly quickly and assess our issue. Although he wasn't equipped to fix our particular problem, he correctly assessed that our well pump was failing and referred us to a well specialist company. Good customer service and was one of the few plumbers to get back to me quickly on a weekend.

I had a furnace and water emergency on a Sunday. I called them they were quick to respond and take care of the issues that included installation of a new furnace the next day. They were fair and honest through the whole process. Everyone at Boiler Man has been great. I highly recommend them!

The hose spigot outside of our house wouldn't shut off, they came out and repaired it so quickly before any major flooding or damage. Thank you so much!

Five star company, quick quotes and reasonable prices, got the work done quick, we had a water heater go out an he was able to show up that day and get the water warm again! Also has done some new construction for us and we have always been pleased working with Britt!

Britt swapped out a tub, plumbed in a new shower unit and added a new laundry room hookup for me on the second floor. He was able to work around multiple challenges, was knowledgeable and the work turned out great. I'll be calling him again when i need more plumbing work completed. Thanks!

Protech finished up my plumbing on a log home (difficult areas to work with against the logs) and did a fantastic job. His recommendations on a few of the trim items saved me money and his attention to detail for installation was super. I also had him back during the sale process after the new owner requested a water filter system and again his price was fair and the work completed quickly and professionally.

Britt came in to replace our existing electric water heater with an on-demand natural gas heater. When I asked him for a quote, he got me one very quickly, and the work was done in very short order. It looks great and works even better!

So thankful for Britt! He came out to install a new pressure tank for us, as someone (who was NOT a licensed bonded plumber like Britt is) told us that it needed replaced. He did some diagnostics and verified that the tank was just fine. He could have gone with it and charged us more money to replace a perfectly fine tank, so the fact that he was truthful even when it meant less money for him is just awesome! What great business integrity! He is super knowledgeable and explained a lot of things. It’s reassuring to know that he is licensed/bonded and really knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!!

Britt deserves more than 5 stars! He has been at my home multiple times and I am always pleased with his work. I am doing a major house renovation and Britt has done ALL of the plumbing work needed.
He installed a tub, fixtures with minimal/no direction and we LOVE how he chose to place the fixtures/etc and was meticulous to ensure things were square/straight/symmetrical. Next, he added a second valve and shower set up in the master shower for a DUAL SHOWER experience. This is AMAZING. Again, minimal/no direction needed and the placements came out exactly even, mirrored (I'm kind of OCD so this really appeals to me) and just showcased QUALITY work. He paid attention to the things that even I hadn't thought of.
After that, he came back and installed our whole house water filtration/UV system, with integration into our existing water storage system. I had some issues with the pump I chose (that he installed) and he came back for emergency service the next morning to immediately help fix the issue.
Next project, install on demand hot water heater!
Britt is truly a provider of quality services which can be incredibly hard to find in Alaska. If you need plumbing, get on his books NOW before they fill up! You won't regret your experience!
