Having had some very justifiably concerning service provider experiences in the past, I have a bit of apprehension nowadays when I must locate and call upon a new provider. In the aftermath of one such devastating service provider experience from another place, I had the relief and pleasure to meet Tim from APEX PLUMBING.

With plumbing or plumbing-related issues, rare is it that it is a matter that can wait. Tim’s responsiveness and communication were great and much appreciated preceding our first meeting. I particularly admired his straight-shooting style of frankness … and especially his HONESTY, perhaps one of the most important traits to me in business relationships. Tim and APEX PLUMBING were timely, VERY knowledgeable and he had such high ethics that I now would trust him for any future work that I need done.

First time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. I do a good deal of remodel projects around Eagle River and the Valley. Greg became my Go-To plumber the very first job he did for me. He was almost too fast for me. Had to adjust my schedule. Have never been disappointed since. He even laughs at my jokes! In all seriousness, He runs a great crew. Tim and company are awesome! I called with a toilet leaking issue in our guest apartment after our guests reported the problem. It was middle of the day, but Tim said he could come out in about two hours. He sent two gentlemen who were professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, just awesome! When they got here I asked them to also fix the bathroom faucet which was loose and leaking. And, to check all of our toilets! They did not hesitate, and got the entire job done within about 15 or 20 minutes. I’m so grateful to them all, this is a busy season for guests and they made it work. I keep them in my contacts and will always use them.

Such a great company! We had a burst pipe & needed it repaired ASAP, they were there within in an hour and took less than 45 minutes for the repair. I will definitely use Apex for all our plumbing needs.

My husband came home from work to find our water heater leaking. I messaged Apex, after hours, to see if they could come by the next day. They responded right away and were at my house first thing the next morning. They quickly found the problem, repaired it, and were on their way. Pleasant, professional, reasonable, and fast. Our hot water heater died. Apex was recommended to us by our furnace company Bowker which we trust and recommend. Called Apex and a technician came out the next day to look at it and said he would call us back with a quote for a replacement. Never did. Apparently didn’t want or need our business. Total waste of our time. They could’ve at least had the courtesy to say they weren’t interested in the job

Landis was awesome!!! We had no heat at our rental building..... the boiler was not working. 1 call to Landis and he was there!!! He fixed the boiler ASAP. He even checked in with me the next day to make sure there was still heat!! Amazing service.

About a month later we had a leaking shower faucet.... called up Landis and he fixed the leak. No more leaking faucet!!! Awesome service
