I've used Rescue Plumbing since I bought my home over a year ago. In total, they have serviced my home at least 3x. The most recent service was for faucet installation in my two bathrooms.

My initial contact was with Yolanda, who is always pleasant to talk to. I explained the service needed and we made arrangements for Enrique to come out and give me a quote.

It's been a couple of weeks since the faucets were installed and so far, so good. Enrique is always pleasant and when I ask him plumbing questions, he answers them directly and in ways a non-plumber like me can understand.

In addition to this most recent service, Rescue Plumbing has performed other plumbing work (garbage disposal, irrigation) and I've had no issues with the work.

As a first time home-owner, I am glad God led me to Rescue Plumbing and the quality work they do.

We've had Rescue Plumbing out twice, once for a toilet leaking and this week out for the washer faucet. Both jobs were nightmares and required much more work than anticipated. Enrique pulled off both jobs without a hitch! Very accommodating, especially in an emergency. Yolanda is excellent and a great asset. Rescue Plumbing is now our forever plumbing company

After years of problems with our kitchen drain, it was restored to full working order like new within an hour! Superior estimates, quick response, and very competitive, honest pricing. There is a Reason why they have so many five stars, excellent service. I am an anxious pregnant woman who had a leak and a million questions regarding so, they handled everything with genuine interest and care. The lady on the phone explained the process, when the service tech came out, he reanswered all my questions with the same answers the lady on the phone gave me. Quoted me a price and stuck to it. The office staff is friendly and efficient and always follows up with a phone call to ensure customer satisfaction. The plumber is courteous and professional, explains the details of the job being done, and gives an estimate for the work to be completed. All work is completed in a timely fashion. What a great company! I have a rental in Arizona and needed a Water Heater replaced and was overwhelmed with all the choices of plumbers in Apache Junction area alone. It's hard to know these days who you can trust. I called Rescue Plumbing Services and was warmly greeted by staff. They were able to get a hold of the next available plumber to go look at the problem that day! The plumber called me and explained that my water heater might be under warranty. I first thought that warranties are a waste of time, but the plumber assured me that it was easy. He wanted to see if he can save me money. Wow! What great service! I called the company and sure enough the water heater was under warranty. I didn't have to buy a new water heater! They scheduled the replacement two days later! All done and excellent work! Glen was great! Came out way faster than I expected, had me back up and running quick, and a super honest affordable price. Need more folks like this in the service industry. Highly recommend.

Had a snake get into our pest box. Lawrence did an amazing job with communicating with me things we could do and what he was going to put down. We realized the snake was dead after we got the box open and he disposed of him. Guessing he was over 4 ft long.

I've been using Bucksworth for weed control for over 2 years. They guarantee that if you see a weed they will come out, but I've never had a weed since I started the service. I should add that all the technicians that have come out have been professional and super nice. I'm going to keep them.

They two gentleman were very professional and curious. They were transparent with their timeline throughout the entire process. They were friendly and personable. You never let someone in your house unless you trust them.
They were scheduled, to do a Prelament treatment, called them yesterday to see if I could also get, incect treatment done at the same time.... Done.
I noticed a couple of mud tubes starting in my garage. Noticed that on the side of the truck said 'Temites'. So I asked 'Ryan' the tech if he could inspect them while he was here.
"No problem, I'm qualified for inspection"

SUCH, A SOLID HOME RUN OF A COMPANY!
You always have, to have someone come out and inspect first, then set an appointment.

Yesterday.
I was going to have my law sprayed to prevent them from growing back for 6 months!
