Absolutely outstanding company. When I was in need, I wasn’t sure who to call. I was recommended A/C and Plumbing Pro. I called and was assisted quickly. Every employee that I spoke with was kind, honest, and most importantly, did incredible work. I would recommend this company to anyone. 10/10 in every category. Hire them immediately!!!

We were in a panic when our air conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer! We called around and had a different company come out. They quoted us a price we really could not afford. We got a second opinion from AC and Plumbing Pro and saved tons. They repaired it the same day and were professional and considerate. Technicians Curtis and Angelina were amazing and are highly recommended!!

Recently had my ac go out and it's still a little warm here in Arizona.
I researched companies in my area and found these guys. They were great. Customer service was great and they came out so fast.
I felt like the issue I had with my AC was explained in terms I would understand and I felt like I wasn't getting one over on me. Curtis was my tech and he was very friendly and knowledgeable so that made me comfortable to have someone in my house. I will definitely be using these guys again. Fair and affordable pricing as well!

The technician explained the repairs need to be done in a complete and professional manner and was quickly able to adapt and overcome some manufacturer issues with the unit bought by the customer. Mark was very pleasant and professional to work with and AC and Plumbing Pro's pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this contractor for all of your A/C and plumbing needs!

When trying to do a simple DIY thermostat change, my partner and I accidentally overpowered our AC unit and needed someone to come out to look at it. Same day, really promptly, Austin came and fixed our system. He did a really good inspection and educated us on how to maintain our older unit and what options we had if we wanted to upgrade. He wasn’t business sale pushy at all. He genuinely wanted us as new homeowners to understand what we needed to do and what we could do. I would highly recommend them as the work they do is top notch and they’re really friendly!

Excellent customer service and great communication. I had what seemed like a small water heater issue turn in to a giant mess and AC and Plumbing was able to assist quickly without any hassle and had reasonable pricing. We called AC and Plumbing Pro at the end of last year after Parker & Sons were quoting way too much for something simple. I am so glad we did. The experience we have had with everyone at this company has been exceptional. They are very honest and brought up things the previous company did not notice. They also did the work for a fraction of the cost. We signed up for their 3 year maintenance plan which includes water heater maintenance, annual AC servicing, discounts and more. They have definitely earned long time, loyal customers from us!

AC and Plumbing Pro were called as a “second opinion “ in regards to a previous company’s diagnosis of our air conditioning unit’s malfunction. After paying the other company 1500+ dollars, the original problem was still existent! Upon that company’s third visit they wanted more money to fix a new problem with another $1500+ quote. AC and Plumbing Pro professionally came into our home and diagnosed a multitude of serious issues (that the other company failed to find) and articulated them to me explicitly. Without hesitation, I asked them to repair all of the current issues. Their work was done within a three hour time period. The total was approximately $300 LESS than the other company’s quote. They are friendly. They are efficient. They are compassionate. They became my new air conditioning/plumbing specialists! I am happy and relieved, there are good people in the world. AC and Plumbing Pro are at the top of that list! Thank you Jeff and Curtis!

I would diffently have him come to handle any repairs.

I wanted to thank ac and pluming pro. They came by my house on an emergency call for my ac unit. They were able to get the problem fix in no time. And I had my ac working in no time. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would give them more. They are a awesome company.

Cody from the office was incredible, he was consistently keeping us informed of what the technicians were finding and what the next steps were. He took the time to explain all the details of the repairs with us and also would keep us informed of how long it would take to find replacement units; since our units were older I think he had to work with his suppliers quite a bit. Curtis and his team installed the units exactly on the dates and times they said they would, the team was incredibly professional in the install and took care inside the house by wearing booties and things like that. Will use them for all my AC needs in the future!

One of my two AC units started blowing warm air on a balmy October night, so I called A/C and Plumbing Pro the next morning at the suggestion of my neighbor. Curtis was able to come the same day and replaced my capacitor within 30 minutes. No upselling, no dishonesty. Just friendly, efficient service. Highly, highly recommend!

I am extremely happy how things turned out for us with this garage air conditioner installation. The unit works great and really cools down our garage. AC and Plumbing Pro sent out three staffers to do our installation. They were all super professional and competent. My garage was 99 degrees when the unit was installed. It took a few hours to cool down to what I wanted it at, which was 78 degrees. Once cooled down, the unit doesn't have to work hard at all to keep the temperature at what I like. On a side note, I live in a 55-over community north of Tucson, and ours is the third house that I know of who had AC and Plumbing Pro do one of these garage air conditioner installs. All of us are wildly happy. This company does a fine job and their staff are exceptional. I could never go back to having a 99-degree garage. The folks who did our installation were amazing. This is definitely an upgrade I am very happy with.

They came out on the 14th and inspected my plumbing and found the problem extremely fast. The next morning on a Saturday they were at my door step ready to go. By 230 pm they were done had my back yard returned to its before look. They cleaned up everything and had me ready to go. They are the best I have ever had the privilege of using. They showed me what caused my problem and took the time to explain what would be done to repair it and make it right. I would recommend them for any job. The professionalism was awesome and in today's world that is becoming rare. Other businesses could learn from them. I want to thank them again for their hard work.
