Curtis is outstanding. He is friendly and easily engages in conversation about what he is doing. He clearly explains the issues and what needs to be done. He is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable about his trade. I would be very happy to have him as the technician on any future needs. If I could, I’d give him 10 stars out of 5.

Damien Forquer was great at his attention to detail & went the extra mile to find out that a previous tech had installed the wrong capacitor in my AC system resulting in erratic operation & quick failure. He installed the new correct one the right way explaining the whole issue to me as he demonstrated his knowledge of the system. Thx Damien. Damien & AC & Plumbing Pro are now my go to guys to get it done right, quickly, & at a great price too! I recommend them to all!

Not only Curtis but his entire team including Jeff, Cody, Austin have been great team to work with. Curtis is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and personable and easy to communicate. He and his team have always responded in an extremely efficient manner whenever we needed their services. I’ve used them for almost a year now for our various plumbing and air-conditioning need and have found them extremely efficient in timely manner. My name is Kay Goins and I had my septic tank pumped and certified by AC Plumbing and Pro . Curtis and Daniel came out on 3/2 and dug the whole and o 3/5 Curtis came back and the septic was pumped and certified . I was very satisfied with this company. Curtis is awesome. Everyone is very friendly and very professional. Bree in the office is absolutely fantastic as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I had a pipe break out near the sidewalk by my water main and had the water shut off to my house. I called A/C and Plumbing Pros and request after-hours urgent service on a Sunday. Within an hour Curtis was on-site and fixed what turned out to be a broken irrigation line, and thankfully not the main supply line, and I was back up and running in no time. Great service and very reasonable price as well. I will be using them again for my future plumbing needs. 100% recommend them.

I have a lot of confidence in A/C and Plumbing Pro. Damien, one of their technicians, came to do maintenance on my unit under a special offer and found a leak of refrigerant. He went the extra mile to provide me estimates of the costs under various options and even tried to reach the manufacturer to see whether parts would be covered under the warrantee. He was more helpful than any other technician I've worked with. I recommend A/C and Plumbing Pro.

6/24/25: I had a second company come to offer a second opinion. The technician said I have essentially no leaks; if there were any, they were microscopic. I don't know how to reconcile these opinions, but I'm not having any work done on my system and no longer have high confidence in AC and Plumbing Pro.

I called this morning and was scheduled for midday, Damien showed up on time and ready to get to work. I had a pleasant conversation with this young man while he was repairing my unit, also very impressed with the step by step of what he was doing and why. Gave great tips on self maintenance. Will definitely use this service company again as well as recommend to others.

From the minute our call was answered the service was great! Scheduling was easy and within about 3 hours Damien was at our door. He was respectful and explained everything clearly. Ours was a complex repair. He gave us two options and the prices so we could choose what was best for us. Damien did excellent work and cleaned up everything before leaving. This is a very professional company from start to finish, and they charged a very fair price.

Damien was excellent! Very professional and capable. I had many small issues that needed to be addressed right away and he took care of all of them in one visit! Plus he was very friendly and patient, and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. He even let me look on so I could understand exactly what he needed to do & why. Damien really gives 110% and I am so grateful for everything he took care of for me. A/C and Plumbing Pro is definitely the way to go!

Damien was quick, friendly, professional. Took the time to explain what he was going to check, and the issues he found during his check. He replaced my capacitor extremely fast, and provided some feedback on the systems age with preventative maintenance options for the future without any pressure of signing up/purchasing anything. They also provided a discount for being a school teacher! Thank goodness Damien was able to come out same day as my house was already at 90 degrees inside, but not anymore! Highly recommend and will recommend company to friends/family for AC/plumbing needs!!!

What a great experience from start to finish, from working with Mark to determine the product, to offering a great price snd warranty to Curtis and Jeff for doing a perfect installation. I appreciated the clear communication from Mark. I would recommend them to everyone!.

If you want excellent COMMUNICATION and CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is the company to call. I received this company through my home warranty company, they called and scheduled an appointment with us due to our AC was not blowing cold air and it was a balmy 114 outside. I called to let them know that my husband has several major health issues--they told me if you need us sooner, just call and we'll be there--WOW! We did fine, I received a text with the Tech's picture and that they were on their way, then a text that they were about 10 minutes away. The tech arrived on time and was great about letting us know what the problem was; he fixed it and we are nice and cool again. This company needs to host classes and teach how Communication and Customer Service is done.

Daniel was my technician and he was absolutely fabulous. He showed me and told me about what he was checking and made sure I understood. I would highly recommend him.

The tech was polite, efficient, timely, and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day, and completely replaced my water heater within a couple of hours. So far, no issues at all.

I had to replace my air conditioner as my other one went out and I ordered it from this company and had it installed by them. The guys worked from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. without even a break and got it installed and running. They were AWESOME and I am so thankful I found them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs of their AC or to install a new unit. Thank you guys! They are the best and I won’t use anyone but them from now on. Thank you guys!

I had heard about AC and Plumbing Pro from a friend who had hired them to perform AC update work. I also met members of the company at a recent Home Show event.
Well, I had been considering adding a "Whole home surge suppressor and hard start kit, for my home & AC system. I contacted their rep Mark asking about pricing a scheduled an appointment for installation the very next day. Their lead tech "Curtis" arrived as scheduled and performed the work to my amazement in most professional manner. He and his assistant (sorry I don't recall his name) had my system(s) back online in less than an hour. With the weather patterns constantly changing and as we in AZ are heading into the monsoon season, I now feel confident that my AC system with the hard start kit will last longer and my home, the appliances and components within will be fully protected during power surges & outages.

We just purchased a house and had AC & Plumbg Pros repaired all things plumbing from our inspector's list. Recently they repaired our shut off valves at our house for sale, timely and correctly.
Two cities(Apache & Mesa), two workers all great.

Had a complete main sewer line replacement. It was a huge job, but the crew was professional, worked long hours, and kept me updated the entire time. They even helped coordinate with the city inspector. Truly a stress-free experience for such a massive project.

Woke up to no hot water on a freezing morning. I called three different plumbers before one picked up and promised to send someone right away. They were prompt, fixed the water heater on the spot, and the price was very reasonable for an emergency call-out. Highly recommend!
