My Boyfriend AC Went Out During The Night, And I Called Sun Air Services First Thing This Morning And Scott Answered Right Away And I Explained What Happened With The AC And Scott Said He Would Be Out In 30 Minutes. Scott Arrived In The Time Frame He Indicated And He Was Very Professional And A Great Guy All Away Around . He Went Right To Work And Got The AC Up And Running In No Time. I Highly Recommend Sun Air Services 100%.( Thank You Scott )

We wanted support someone local vs. a big company to service our AC. We called first thing this morning and Scott was able to get us in basically right away. He got to our place promptly by 10 am and was done in about an hour and half. He was professional, friendly and honest and very fair with his price. We definitely recommend using Scott and will for sure be using him again in the future if ever needed, even though we're hoping we never have to. Thanks again Scott. We really appreciate the help and the house is back to the normal temp we keep it on.

I had my AC unit go out on me on a Sunday morning. By 9 o’clock the same morning Scott was there looking at my unit. I had already decided before he came that I needed a new one. It had lasted me 26 years and he agreed. We scheduled a crane for Tuesday morning. Everything and everyone was on time and by noon I had AC again. I was very satisfied with the technician from Sun Air Services. I called around 8 pm on a Sunday expecting to get a voicemail but the owner answered and told me he could come look at our A/C the next morning at 10. Two guys showed up at 9:00 am, an hour early which was great! They diagnosed our problem and replaced the capacitor and saved us $2600 over what a competitor company was going to charge us. Now my home is cooling perfectly. So yeah, we’re extremely happy.

Scott at Sun Air did a great job! Our AC went out on one of those 100+ degree mid August days. We called him and he was at our home in less than 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, had to go buy a specialized part (old AC unit) and was back to the home and had it repaired within the hour. Appreciated his speedy response and reasonable rates. Will definitely use again!

Last Tuesday night our AC stopped working. I found an AC company who stated they could come the next night between 4PM and 6PM and would call within a 30-minute window. As 6PM was quickly approaching and my husband and I are getting hotter and hotter sitting in the house my husband did a Google search looking for another AC company. We found Sun Air Services online , and they had amazing reviews. We spoke to Scott when we called and explained to him the situation. Scott stated that it sounded like the Air Compressor, gave me a quote and him and his son were at our house within 10 minutes. With in 40 minutes our AC was fixed, and our house was cooling off. Scott and his son Seth were so kind and answered all my questions that I had. Thank you again for coming to our rescue on such short notice.

People say find a small family owned AC company, and this is who they talk about, a father & son duo. I’ve known Scott for years, but this was my first time having him repair my A/C. I’ve always refused to go with big name companies with salesmen as “technicians” billboards & commercials for advertising.

The AC stopped working and I called him ASAP. He diagnosed it, got the correct part direct from Trane, then had my air cold again 30 minutes later!

Scott and his son are awesome and so very nice! We came home from a vacation to the AC blowing hot air and it was 92 degrees in the house. Scott and his son came out in an hour to diagnose the issue and do a temp fix to get us through the night. They came back first thing the next morning with the part and fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price! Definitely our go to AC guys!!

These guys are on their game! My 81 year old mother had 2 well known companies, that shall remain nameless come out to fix her 3 year old AC unit. First guy says it's in the ductwork, and they needed to either cut a hole in the ceiling, or the roof to get to it. Second guy tried to say the unit was no good, and sell her a $17,000 new unit. Both charged her for their visits. Last resort we searched Google, these guys came right up. Local guys, father and son, came right out! Within the hour, her AC is up and running! Their charges were less than what she paid the other 2 companies just to come out and spew garbage at her. Definitely her new go to guys, extremely friendly, and you can't beat a father and son that know what their doing. I would and will recommend them for any AC/heating problems.

Many other larger companies in the valley will send a salesman out for your initial visit and schedule technicians to come later, after they've extracted as much money from you as they can.
