Dalton is always great to work with. Answers the phone, replies in a timely manner and shows up. No price gouging and does what needs to be done without finding additional non-related things wrong. I'm so happy to have found an HVAC company that I can do business with for the long haul.

I recently moved in to a newer park model & wanted to make sure my heat pump was in good working condition. Dalton was on time, checked everything & declared it good to go. This is the second time I've used EquiTech & couldn't be happier with the service provided

My technician Ben was timely to my appointment and was very professional. Checked the A/C and heat pump to make sure everything was in working order. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Great experience highly recommend!!

MechaniCool is Great company and has a wonderful staff. The technician was 2 hours ahead of scheduled start time, found the issue, created a work around until the part arrives. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had them out to assess why my A/C was not coming back on. After an assessment it was explained the there was some type of small explosion that had occurred as we recently had a power surge in our area, this explosion caused the compressor to fail and I was told I would need an entire new unit. After getting a second opinion I was informed that the compressor was fine, but some switch had gone bad and that is why after the power surge my unit wouldnt turn on. The 2nd, honest tech that came out proceeded to bypass the switch, and get my AC back on. I am never using Mechanicool again. Definitely double check their estimates and have someone look over their work if your going to use them.

I did not actually pay anything and I certainly will not pay $130 for a service fee that resulted in the complete mis diagnosis of my my AC unit.

We’ve used MechaniCool multiple times and are always happy with their work. They’re fast, knowledgeable, and professional. We’ll continue to call on them as the need arises. By being part of their Cool Club that should hopefully only be twice a year when they come to do a full inspection our HVAC systems.

They came the same day we called to repair our water heater. We are very happy with the work!

It was quick, easy and clean. We signed up for their yearly service of 2 checks a years. We'll worth it! We would recommend MechaniCool to all of our friends!

Called Mechanicool with a concern about our a/c. We had been out of town for five days. Set our a/c to 84 degrees while we were gone. Lowered our temperature back to 80 degrees when we got home. The bedroom cooled down right away but the other rooms cooled down only one degree after being on for eight hours. Called Mechanicool they came right out and checked the a/c. They checked everything out and said everything was fine. This is common with this
type of a/c. Takes longer to cool down rooms. Next morning every room was cool and everything is fine. No charge to us for coming out to check a/c.
