Our A/C went out on Saturday and we called the so called one hour service emergency number at 5:00 pm and didn't get a return phone call until 26 hours later saying they could come on Monday and it's 110 degrees outside.

Don't advertise one hour emergency service if you can't follow through.

We are senior citizens. Our upstairs ac wasnt working via the thermastat (we have one downstairs too). I called and was told can maybe fit us in. We had someone call us back and someone showed up pronto. He spent quite a bit of time here in our attic, fixed the problem and only charged us $100. This is why this is the third time we have used Three Phase Mechanical. HONEST and reasonable price. Anyone in the Apache Junction or Mesa or Gold Canyon area. Use Three Phase Mechanical. Very honest and reasonable prices. You can trust them.

Amazing Company. I noticed, last Saturday evening, that my A/C had stopped working. I called not expecting anyone to answer. I got the voice mail and left a message thinking I would get a call back Monday morning. WRONG!! I got a call back 5 minutes later!! The woman that called expressed an apology that she couldn't get someone out to my home that night (are you kidding me??) but that she would have someone out the following morning by 9:00 AM (again....are you kidding me...on a Sunday morning??) Sure enough, the technician arrived at 8:45 Sunday morning, fixed the issue, and was gone by 9:05AM. WOW!! That is what I call excellent customer service!!

Recently I had a power outage which caused my AC to not work. Josh the AC technician came and discovered that my thermostat was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. I had my new wifi thermostat and I installed myself. Unfortunately it didn't work properly and Josh again came over and fixed the issues. He is honest, professional and knowledgeable in what he does. Also Renee, at the office, was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Three Phase Mechanical if you have problems with your heating and cooling system.

I had an emergency on an extremely chilly, damp Sunday, with a weather forecast of a 'hard' freeze warning in the early hours of the following Monday & Tuesday. The response was almost immediate in helping me (on Sunday). Renee went well above and beyond to insure that Three Phase Mech. did not let the customer down. This lady is an excellent representative of this company and thanks to her and other quality employees like her, I have been and will continue to be a customer of TPM for many years to come.

Just purchased a house with two systems installed under a year ago, had them come out to address severe duct leakage at the air handler, they said they would not fix.so now I'm left with carbon monoxide being drawn into my house from garage every time I start my cars..

We have used 3 Phase Mechanical for four years. They repaired our AC unit on a few occasions always coming quickly when the unit was not working. Last weekend our AC began to die. We called on a Sunday and left a voicemail very early in the morning and got a call back same day. They arrived next day to give us a quote on a new unit. When the unit we wanted was not available in a timely manner they went ABOVE and BEYOND to locate us a unit that would work and keep us within our budget requirements. The install was efficient, timely, and they effectively communicated when they would arrive and how long the AC would be down. They swept up the mess and were courteous/informative with all of my many questions. We bought a smart thermostat and they happily wired and programmed the unit for me and discussed the best way to handle re-cooling the house with the repair complete. We are thrilled with our new unit but even more so by the oh so rare customer service we have seen consistently for years now. In Arizona with AC being so necessary to survival I think it is especially impressive they strive so hard to satisfy their customers. Renee ALWAYS calls back in a matter of hours, one time even when I left a message well after hours and this time on a weekend.

My AC stopped working during the night and a friend recommended Three Phase to me as she had been very pleased with the service and the price. I am also very pleased with the quick service and expert advice. I have had other companies come out and try to sell me a whole new unit when I had them out for cleaning and a check up. New unit would have been 10K. Three Phase came out and the fix was well under $700. I would recommend this honest company for everyone who has an AC.

I reached out to discuss the AC cycle operation and left a message requesting a callback. It’s been over a week, and I still haven’t heard back. Communication definitely needs improvement. As for the installation, it could have been done better—one of the ducts was routed under the unit, which seems questionable and not necessarily best practice. The price was on the higher end, but I chose them because they had done work for me 13 years ago without any issues. I expected the same level of service this time, but unfortunately, the experience has fallen short.
