Top Notch #1 in my book! My HVAC went out and they were recommended by one of my clients. They came out, installed a new unit, made my vents better for circulation, refigured my upduct area, added a new cover and thermostat and made sure I knew what filters to use in the future. RUBY IS MY GO TO GAL! When I need something or have a question, she's on it immediately and always has an answer. Appointments are kept and the guys show up on time. FIVE STARS... WELL, MORE LIKE 10 STARS! I am grateful for them. TRUE MECHANICS.

Deven and Gabriel and Joel were courteous and patient and explained everything to me. Deven was conscientious about addressing my concerns. I have a tight attic space and he managed it without complaint. He is a great tech!
Gabriel and Joel came back out to do the repairs and replace my secondary drain pan and were great.
I have been a Mast Air client for years and will be sticking with them because they provide timely service and get repairs (and biannual inspections ) done at a reasonable price. I have an old AC unit and they have kept it going longer than i thought it would keep chugging along.

I give our service guy Chris Carlson a 5 star rating for the work he came out and did on our ac unit. He was very professional and knew exactly what was going on before getting on the roof. He was polite and explained what was going on. Thanks Chris

I had 2 mini-splits installed this winter, one in the living room and one in my bedroom. I was using them for Heat and the first thing I noticed is it was hotter than I programmed it for. I would set the temperature at 72° and would wake up at night and it would be 80° and I would have to turn it off. I called the manufacturer, Mitsubishi, and they said my model numbers need to be hooked up to a thermostat. So I called Zack back at A&A and explained what I was told and he stated that they don't need to be hooked to a thermostat. He sent a couple technicians out and I showed the situation to them and how the units weren't shutting off when it reached the programmed temperature and they agreed with me. So I called Zack back and asked him why didn't he just call Mitsubishi to get an explanation and verify what they told me and for some reason he didn't want to do that which doesn't make sense to me. The manufacturer is telling me that they need a thermostat and Zack is telling me that it doesn't. Irregardless I never heard back from him after his technicians were out and verified the same thing I had been telling them. No follow-up is not good customer service in my book. I guess I'll try them in the cooling mode now that it's getting warm and see what happens.

A & A was outstanding! From the moment I called and spoke with Nicki, she was personable and professional and able to get a repairman out to me the same day. I so very much appreciated not having to wait especially in our extreme heat. Chris arrived at 9 AM, later KC came by and the job ended up taking seven hours. Chris was a diligent worker and determined to finish the job and make sure that my home was cool before he left. The entire staff is the epitome of Customer Service and I am thankful that I have now found reputable and conscientious HVAC people. I highly recommend calling A & A for any cooling/heating repairs you may need. Kudos to the fine company!

We have had problems with our AC units over the summers - not unlike others in Arizona! Devin has been our service guy and is fantastic. He is relentless in getting things fixed correctly and as quickly as possible. We had one unit that was particularly difficult but he got it fixed at a completely fair price. Professional, friendly, and he shows up when he is scheduled to be there - with a text that he is on the way. Highly recommend A&A Heating and Cooling, Ruby in the main office and Devin as technician!
