I have to tell you, the installation of my new 4 ton AC was not the easiest.......80 ft boom crane needed to reach the roof mount, and it was a windy day. The old unit was an old AC/Evap unit that weighed a ton (well nearly).
The whole job was finished by 4:00pm the same day including, new wiring to a new thermostat and all for the quoted price with no extra charges. Thank you, Al, Scott, Spiderman and the crew!
And Julie in the office who does the magic too!

I enjoy this company because 1- customer service KRISTIN rocks and actually listens to you 2- never have issues with techs that come out and are friendly and polite. our company has been with them for years and dont plan on changing always get the JOB DONE :)

Just want to also take a moment to say, Thank You KC. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything and walk me through the inspection of my AC system. I definitely learned alot and have a better understanding of how the AC system works.

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! My mom had gotten scammed into a service by another "military owned" company who told her...for her little 3ton for a single wide trailer she had leaks and mold and needed a whole new system which would be 18k but because she has a son in the army and a dad in the navy they would give it to her for 10,9000. I told her to wait we would get a second opinion cause that sounded ridiculous. I made some calls and A&A were recommended to us because of their honesty and integrity. We went there and they sent Chris out to us. He took the time to walk me through every step of the check up. There were no leaks and no mold. She did need a couple new capacitors and a limiter for her hard start to extend the life of her compressor and she needed the 8 year old cat hair cleaned out of the coils on the inside return unit. The silicon seal had never even been broken there so that was not even checked by the other company. Needless to say $600 later. My mom's good for the summer and I love Chris. He is the most amazing teacher, professional, and human being I now have the privilege of knowing.

Casey was very thorough explaining current issues and what to look out for. Looking forward to him checking my units every 6 months. Was reluctant to have new company service air conditioners but no qualms whatsoever now. Thank you Casey!

I was so impressed with my ability to get an immediate appointment. Deven was on time , professional, and extremely detailed. I immediately felt at ease with his knowledge of the situation. He was efficient and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Unlike most companies, he did not try to sell me anything! His honesty saved me so much money. When my unit eventually dies, I will call Deven for a new one.

A&A does a wonderful job maintaining the HVAC system in our office. They are always on top of the schedule and are extremely reasonable when we have repairs. And Kristin is so great to work with that I never have to worry about getting things done. I highly recommend!

A&A Cooling And Heating was prompt and had an actual person to speak to for scheduling AC repair, which is always great!

KC was on time, efficient, and fair. I will definitely have KC back out for AC maintenance before the start of next summer! KC was very polite and informative on all aspects of maintenance and repair requirements.

I can’t recommend this company enough. I texted early in the evening on Saturday after I noticed one of my A/C units wasn’t functioning. George (the owner) responded within the hour. He got me scheduled and showed up first thing the next morning (which was a Sunday). He evaluated the unit and told me the fan was overheating and likely getting close to end of life. He then exchanged the fan and cleaned the coils on both units. He also inspected all components of both units in the attic to make sure everything was done correctly and running well. He was in and out in just over an hour. He was very helpful, completely transparent with information and details, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I wish all companies were this well run.

Approximately two years ago my other A/C unit was having issues. I called a different company and they talked me into buying a brand new $9000 system. I wish I had been referred to George and A&A cooling back then, it would have saved me a ton of money.

Dysfunctional appliances can really be expensive and stressful, especially in the heat in Az. George was timely, reasonably priced, and most of all efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job and for that I’m very appreciative.

Finally, his company is all updated and modern. It’s very user friendly. It’s easy to log onto his website and see appointment times, history, billing, etc. It made the whole experience that much more pleasant and less stressful. Again, I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks again George.
