Decided to sign up with MechaniCool for their annual maintenance program. Owned the house since new and been here just over 3 years. The builders A/C company, Reeis, has given such poor customer service. I've had 3 Honeywell T6 thermostats go out since living in the house. Reeis warrantied one, but when the other ones died they said the warranty expired. That is a lie, because the thermostats have a 5 year warranty when installed by an A/C contractor. MechaniCool came and inspected the system. They warrantied out the 3rd Thermostat. I had already bought and changed the 2nd thermostat.
They also found a new part up in the attic that was never installed by Reeis. They installed the part for me. If you're looking for a reliable A/C company, I highly recommend them.

Fortunately, the MechaniCool team responded rapidly to my call, diagnosed and fixed the issue with parts available on their truck, and restored a cooler home. They showed up in less than an hour and we have cool air less than 30 mins after that. Purchased their maintenance program and will happily use them in the future. Anthony was fantastic and extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Just received a cold call from a rude boy named Jason. “Hi, this is Jason. I’m from Mechanicool. How are you today?” My response, “I’m not looking for hvac services I already have a company I use.” He rudely hangs up immediately without a word. As a single female homeowner I used this company a few years ago for a repair. I later found out they charged me $300-400 more than most other companies charge for that repair. Jason’s rude actions further confirm what type of crappy and unprofessional company this is.

I’m also on the do not call list so this is illegal business practice and will be reported to the FTC.

I returned home from a 5 day trip to find my air conditioner blowing warm air. Contacted MechaniCool (recommended by a friend) and was taken care of same day and very reasonable. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! I will recommend them to my family and friends.

The MechaniCool Air Conditioning Technician, Brandon was friendly and very professional, knowledgeable, communicative and did an excellent job. Brandon did a thorough job of checking the air handler and advised me it would be needing service soon as dust was building up on the fins. The heat pump was check and I was advised that the fan had some vertical and horizontal movement indicating wear on the bearings. No sales pressure to get the heat pump fan replaced. I will definitely get the fan replaced on the next maintenance service. Excellent Customer Service. I have used MechanicCool for several years and Highly recommend MechaniCool for air conditioning service.

I called in after hours at 630pm for a no cool and by 7pm my technician had arrived diagnosed the problem and was able to get me back up in cooling in less than 30 minutes MechaniCool for the win. Thank you Tyrone for the great service.

RJ and the team did a fabulous job installing some new duct lines and dampers for our system!! They were polite, prompt and left our home looking exactly as it did before their arrival. That’s doubly impressive since new vents were installed which required cutting drywall. Now for the weather to heat up or cool down so we can run the heat or AC!! 😂 We’re thrilled to have found MechaniCool! Thank you guys and we’ll be referring!

MechaniCool is the best family owned HVAC company I have ever used. Our house is older and has needed alot of help. This week our hot water heater went out and they came out the very next morning to make sure we had water and the heater didn't blow on us. They had it replaced and all cleaned up within 3 hours.
I cannot say enough about this company and their technicians. They are AMAZING!

My AC unit was leaking into the attic. A neighbor recommended MechaniCool. They were at my house within hours in a Sunday, repaired my leak, installed needed equipment and serviced my AC unit. Anthony even replaced my filters. Highly recommend based to anyone who needs AC service.
