Dalton at Equi-Tech is the absolute best! He has taken care of everything for me from a simple yet 'emergency' reset after a power outage in the summertime with a baby in the house... to a full remodel and installation. My first property was a condo built in 1988. It had serious issues. When I moved in the heat didn't work at all. It was such a bizarre setup with the air handler in the living room floor looking like a bomb from Mission Impossible and sounding like an airplane coming in for a landing that the two companies I called first came, looked at it, said they'd never seen anything like it, and refused to touch it. It had been horribly mis-wired. Dalton was the only one that knew what to do and got it going again. He was so kind and understanding, explained everything thoroughly, and was so honest and reasonable with the pricing, it was a true blessing. So when it came time to completely remodel and upgrade it, there was no doubt who to call. Dalton created a custom design to address all the unique challenges of the property and solved every issue. It was a whole new place!! Clean, quiet, modern, energy efficient, beautiful. That remodel improved the property so much, that when it came time to sell, I was then able to buy my forever home. But I'm keeping Dalton... he's "family" now and will always be my go-to for any A/C needs at my new place too! I never have to worry. I know if I call, he'll be there, and I can always count on him.

Dalton responded to our Emergency AC outage needs for my 84 year old Mom during our Heat Wave of 115 degrees PLUS. He already had a full work load from dawn to dusk, but was able to come out very late in the evening and get the unit running again. Great guy with a dedicated, professional work ethic and an unbelievably positive attitude during these crazy times. We can't thank you enough Dalton, and we will be using you in the future for ALL our AC & Heating needs on both of our homes.

Just had them replace our 2 nearly 20 year old units. They came out promptly and gave us a great quote explaining all that would be done. Very professional and knowledgeable explaining in detail all the steps. Showed up very promptly for the install and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking or has questions.

Over the years I've dealt with various Heating/Cooling companies throughout the valley and have been let down every single time. This stopped once my house inspector recommended, Equi-Tech Mechnical.
Dalton was an absolute pleasure to work with. On time, courteous, honest, provided an accurate estimate, and was a work-horse the minute he arrived to my new house. Absolutely phenomenal service and I would recommend them to anyone. Dalton was a pleasure to deal with and replaced a compressor quickly, for a fair price, and with an outstanding warranty. They are on the top of my list for any and all HVAC related issues.

Dalton was so professional, and the gentleman working with him, Mike, was so nice. Dalton said he would call on his way, which he did. They were done much quicker than we anticipated. They cleaned up everything and were so polite. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if necessary. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I feel this company deserves one.
From the start, communication was on point and it just got better from there. Product was outstanding along with the installation, even though 6 months later the system was acting up, Dalton came out the same day I called and he fixed the problem.
In todays day and age when most people use excuses for lack of service, Equi-Tech continues to impress me.
Dalton is also going above a beyond to ask his Dad about possibly troubleshooting our solar hot water heater issue we are experiencing.
Again, I highly recommend this company, so please give them an opportunity to impress you also!

I appreciated Dalton coming out and providing an honest quote when my furnace wasn't working, and then when I decided to use his company he followed through exactly like he promised. Both Dalton and his service helper Mike accomplished the job much sooner than we anticipated and we were pleased that not only the job was done professionally but the cleanup was also.
