say that I've been with buckswoths for many years and have always had great service. And today with the technician Joe my experience was no different! Joe did an amazing job servicing my home and it was very clear that he is knowledgeable on pest. Thank you guys for the great service and for being a great company 👍

Zach McDonald always arrive on time and get treatment done quickly and effectively. We never had any issue with pest.

Had weed service done to my 1.25 acre property to get rid of the Globe Chamomile. They came out and sprayed. It did nothing to the weeds. I called and they came out again saying this treatment will liquify the weeds. Then I left for the summer. When I came back the weeds were still there and it looked like they may have nicked my Saguaro Cactus and something got under it's skin and was eating the flesh.
I called to complain about the weeds still being there and the damage to my Cactus, and demanded a refund of $450 that I paid for the de-weeding which had no results.
I was told that they are not responsible for any damage to property- The Representative even went on to say that if they were doing AC maintenance and their employee fell off the roof that he would sue the homeowner and their company. So much for Bonding and Insurance I guess.
The Rep then went on and tried to solicit more work asking me if I had AC and a heat pump and they could do maintenance and then asked about termite service.
I told him that I'm not too happy with the company and wouldn't even think about hiring them for anything until this problem has been worked out.
The Rep said that someone would be contacting me about my weeds and property damage.
Well that never happened, it's been two weeks and nothing.
I would think twice about using this company for any work around a home.

I have been using Bucksworth for my yard for a while now. I initially started using their service because I needed yard work done immediately after purchasing my home as the old owner didn't keep up with it very well due to advanced age, and the HOA was breathing down my neck about it. They came within a couple of days to perform the yard service and I've been using them since.

I'm always impressed by their professionalism, timely service, and quality. There is not much to complain about and their staff are friendly and good at their jobs as always.

Even after a long day for him, Max did a great job of serving our home for pest control and went above and beyond. Thank you Max and Bucksworth service.

Great service, with quick response and warranty. Would give 5 starts if text didn’t feel like a third party application as a middle man but other than that no weeds with service twice a year on 1/4 acre property makes my life way easier, thank you!

The young man that answered the phone in the office is unprofessional and lied to their customers! He is a bully and disrespectful to older clients! I have spent over $1500.00 with this company and they try to over charge me every chance they get!! Also when I needed a third house done they came and sprayed for full price and then when I needed them to come back because the weeds were coming back all over they said no no warranties because I didn’t pay for there yearly plan but they forgot I have a plan on my other house and you should still warranty your work! ! I have been using them for bug services for years now. I recommend them to everyone that asks me. The techs are always pleasant and helpful.

We’ve been using Bucksworth for the past 3 years now. They’ve been pretty good so far, always on schedule. Pests do seem to stay away for a while after their visit. You’ll get your occasional bug here and there but for the most part they are dealt with. We really just wanted to leave a review to give a shout out to Joe for going above and beyond in the last service he did at our home. He sprayed areas that other techs normally did not do. Overall we are pretty satisfied with their services.

If you’re still using anyone else, you’re doing yourself a disservice. Bucksworth is 10/10! Customer service is the best, their team in the field is thorough and professional, and they show up at the time they say. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this company.

Nick is very friendly and my dog loves getting pets from him! He does a great job treating my property against pests and even takes care of the ants!

I have been very happy with the services for over 10 years . They did send a tech with a personal problem, which has been resolved. I have a new tech and hope my services will be as good as the past . The new Tech was very great and happy to serve inside & outside . We appreciated his knowledge. Thank you for sending this tech and hope to have him as our permanent technician .
