This company did the framing for our custom home. Not only did they get it done quickly but when we got our home inspection our inspector told us it was one of the cleanest new builds they had seen in a long time and and the framers had done an excellent job! Can’t go wrong hiring these guys!

I had X-Pert Construction Contractors complete a Casita framing project and they were fantastic. Great communication throughout, timely, professional and quality work. Definitely recommend!

I was blindly contacted by someone here to try and come to my house. They would only give me their first name and refused to tell me more. Then they got belligerent on the phone. Seems shady.

Evidently instead of returning calls for people that WANT to talk to them, they spend all their time calling people who say NO and request to be removed from their list. They call constantly, I hang up on them, ignore them, they keep calling. I've blocked 3 phone numbers that they have called from, yet they have another. I asked again to be removed. If they call again, next time will be a complaint with FTC.

This company has cold called me every other week citing having done work in my neighborhood. After weeks of saying Im not interested, they continue to call and waste my time. Makes me question their ethics in general.

Update: When I asked them not to call me anymore they said "Oh no, you gonna cry". AVOID this company at all cost.

My in-laws recently had some bathroom work done they can't be happier. Bonus for me because I'm too busy to do it thanks again. Will most definitely refer you to friends

Received an unsolicited sales call from Diana at Crossroads Home improvements even though I am on the Do Not Call registry. If they are willing to break laws to get sales then they are willing to break the law with poor quality work on your home to save a few bucks. Stay away from this company!!!!

If possible, I would give this company ZERO STARS
: This company has called me now 5 times in less than 5->7 weeks. Each time I have told them I am Not interested, please do not call me again. This last time the person on the phone laughed at me, said there is no such thing as a do not call list, then laughed harder when I said their phonecalls were unwanted and borderline harrassment. I will never deal with somebody so rude and disrespectfull.

Albert gave us a master class regarding the Cool Life product. I’m glad it’s available in Arizona. The professionalism of the company really shines through him. We look forward to working with crossroads home improvements with our projects. Thank you again Albert.

The staff is very friendly and they treated me and my home with respect, while taking all my needs into consideration. They did exactly what they said what they were going to do and in the timeframe they said they would do it in. I highly recommend these guys they are the real deal.
