Working with Ricardo has hands down been one of the best experiences we've had with any company or contractor.

We literally spent years trying to find the right person for our Master shower remodel. So many other companies gave us the runaround, prices kept magically changing, no one would give us itemized quotes, they pushed their own ideas instead of working with our style. Upon the first time meeting Ricardo it was like he understood us, he worked with what we wanted and gave options, he also answered questions before we even had to ask!

When it came to getting the job done I was confident in the quality of work because they really want to do things right the first time so no issues come up later down the road. We are also VERY particular about things being even or centered and they really did an excellent job making sure everything was lined up as perfectly as possible. He's was there every day to monitor and let the crew know what to do instead of us trying to delegate ourselves. It really took the pressure off my back especially when I had to work, I knew things were in good hands and I didn't have to worry.

He was so professional and his communication was excellent. He responds quickly through text or call and let us know what was going on every step of the way. The cherry on top for me was the fact that the crew cleaned up after themselves every day, at the end of the project he had a cleaning crew come out and do a full clean of the master bathroom (and he even sent us a holiday card)! It's the little things that count and I liked how he really made us feel like we were important and well taken care of no matter how big or small a job.

I could really go on forever about Homestead Construction - moral of the story is that I would highly recommend him to everyone!

We worked with Homestead Construction (Ricardo and Ramon) on a large-scale remodel project on our 1920's home in the Garfield Historic District over the last year. The project involved reconfiguration of the main house layout (adding a laundry, expanding the bathroom etc.), major repairs to the sewer, subfloor and structure and a completely new kitchen. We also converted a garage into a 500 square foot casita. In other words, this was a very large project.

Like any project, there were a ton of curveballs and unknowns, especially with a historic house. Ricardo and team were always great to work with, had great attitudes and are problem solvers.

The quality of the work both in what you can see (the installation of tile, cabinets, flooring) and what you can't see (the structural components) was excellent. He has a consistent group of subs he has used for years - which we felt made the final quality much higher.

We worked with the designers at MCI and this meant finishes that required a high level of attention to detail on installation. Ricardo and team showed that and more.

Remodels can be very stressful, but this was the least stressful of any of the remodels we have done. This illustrates the trust we have in Ricardo and his team. Highly recommend!

Ricardo and his team completely remodeled our home a couple of years ago in the North Scottsdale area. Not only did they complete the job within the three month deadline (post pandemic), but they were dependable, efficient, hard working, and delivered exceptional quality. I recently worked with Homestead Construction to update my living room, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team helped me remove the old built-ins and relocate the fireplace to create a more spacious and functional layout. They also added canned lighting, which has made a huge difference in the overall ambiance of the room. They also installed beautiful new cabinets that have completely transformed the space. Throughout the process, the team was communicative, professional, and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend Homestead Construction for any home renovation project, and I'm really looking forward to working with them again in the future!

We are very happy with the our remodel from Homestead Construction. Ricardo is knowledgeable and professional. We remodeled our kitchen, replaced the floor through the entire house and interior paint. He organized the different trades and all of his crews were friendly and respectful of our home. We recently completed a total remodel of 1,380 square feet with an additional 100 square feet added, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Homestead Construction. From demo in March 2024 to the last of the punch list in March 2025, the process was smooth, and the results exceeded our expectations.

While they aren’t the cheapest option, they also aren’t the most expensive, and the quality of work you receive is well worth the investment. We did have an unexpected cost at the end of the remodel, but to be fair, that is just the nature of construction in general. We had unexpected things come up with our historic home. They were very fair in their pricing.

What stood out most was their commitment to making things right. They came back multiple times for repairs and touch-ups, which we truly appreciated. Their communication was excellent, and overall, we are very happy with the final result.

I just finished remodeling my kitchen. I am extremely happy with the results. Ricardo was very professional during the consultation. He was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining each step of the project. He was also great at offering advice when I asked on each step of the remodel. He provided daily updates and explained the timeline so there were no surprises on how long it would take.
Ramon and his team were professional. They were meticulous with covering everything during the remodel. At the end of each day they thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and mopped the floor. Ramon went above and beyond to make sure each step of the remodel was done properly. His attention to detail was impressive. Domingo did a beautiful job on the cabinets. He attention to details was great the cabinets came out beautifully. From the beginning with the consultation to completion of the project the experience was extremely positive and overall stress free. I had a quick drywall repair done by them and they did a fantastic job! It was super short notice and a great price, they will definitely be the first people I call when in need!

I ordered all brand new kitchen appliances but the installation company was not available in my area. I ended up calling Ace Imperium and they were able to be at my house the day the appliances were delivered. Super professional and ran everything to make sure they were working properly before they left. I would definitely be using them again.

Living out of state and owning property in AZ can be challenging, however that is where ACE Imperium comes in. You call and they respond right away and have the flexibility to tackle most any job. I had them remodel a kitchen and master bathroom. The result was fabulous. I Just love the new kitchen and the open feel it added to my house. The new appliances, cabinets and tile work were more than I had expected.

We completed extra work after the agreed project, but this contractor refused to pay for the change order. They took days just to pay the original cost and dismissed the extra $300 as if it didn’t matter.BE AWARE HE DOES THIS WITH HIS SUBCONTRACTORS WHAT CAN YOU SPECT TO DO TO HIS Costumers

Be cautious: after our project expanded, the contractor wouldn’t pay for the additional work they agreed to. They claimed not to have funds and told us we were “crying” over a fair $300 charge.
