We look forward to Christmas tree shopping at Moon Valley Indian School every year. We tell everyone that these trees are worth whatever they charge because they are quality and last well past Christmas morning. The kids love running around the holiday lit area while my husband and I look for the perfect tree. Every year we find it. This year, we needed a little more help. Daniel C. really came through. He was polite when we arrived and let us do our thing. When he noticed we just couldn't make a decision, he asked if he could show us the perfect tree for us. It was not the most expensive tree on the lot either, but it was in fact the perfect tree for us. While my husband was paying and chatting with the cashier, Daniel got the tree ready and put it in the back of our truck. My husband had no clue that it was all taken care of. This kind of customer care really helps smooth out the holiday stresses this time of year brings. Thank you Daniel, for taking care of us and as usual thank you Moon Valley for always coming through.

Worked with designer Garrett, extremely knowledgeable, super helpful, gave me lots of options and walked me around to look at all the various sizes for options to purchase. Great customer service and very thorough.

This Moon Valley location in Avondale was awesome!! My family and I had gone there around February of this year to look at getting my Mom a memorial tree. We spoke with Feliciano. He's a great guy! He took us around the tree park showing us multiple trees giving us some ideas and sharing his knowledge. We couldn't get the tree at the time, so he gave us his contact information and told us to call him whenever we were ready. Here we are in May and I reach out to him. I honestly thought he had forgotten everything we spoke about, but he remembered everything! We went and picked out the tree and he got everything set up for us. Everyone there from management to all the employees were very polite and welcoming. It felt like they were family lol! They had snacks and goodies for the kids, it was the best customer service we had experienced in a long time!

A wonderful experience! Gabriel was very courteous, honest and knowledgeable and gave us great recomondations for plantings.very responsive with questions and concerns even after delivery. The delivery and planting crew did an amazing job also. We will return for more planting needs

We keep coming back to Moon Valley in Avondale, AZ for all of our tree, plants, Saguaros 4 of them 16ft, 19ft, 8ft and 5ft. Jonna and her team not only made sure every installation was well coordinated, but followed up after every service to ensure we were satisfied with the quality and service. We have also used their tree care service, trimming, pruning, fertilizing

Feliciano was amazing at helping me find a tree for my front yard after our Palo Verde broke in half during the storm. I even bought additional plants to start our backyard landscaping.

Ven and his crew were out at the house first thing in the morning. They were friendly and we talked over the placement to make sure it was perfect.  Once they started it was fast and looks amazing. I'm very happy with the service.

Feliciano is great he came to our house and helped us decide which plants would work best in our space. He also gave great customer service when we came in to buy our plants.

I live in Indy and was closing on a house. I needed one more tree to satisfy the HOA to close. Over the phone, Steven picked out what would satisfy the HOA, and everything was done while I was living 2,000 miles away and on time!! I would def pick them again!!

Second time using this Moon Valley. They are very accommodating, super friendly, and the crew that planted our trees was awesome! I'm sure there are other nursery choices in the valley that may be less expensive, but you certainly get what you pay for. Outstanding customer service and I know if we weren't happy in anyway, Moon Valley would take care of it. Highly recommend.

Scotty, regional planting crew did a wonderful, fast, professional job. They planted about 27 ficus tress in less than 3 hours. Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of visiting Moon Valley this week. I just have to say their plant and tree selections are absolutely beautiful. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially coming from another state.
I look forward to adding some beauty to my Desert backyard soon.

Excellent customer service! We really enjoyed our first visit to this nursery, Gabrielle was super knowledgeable and was able to provide guidance for our landscaping needs! We will definitely be coming back!

Queen Creek location- We moved from the beach in SoCal to the desert in AZ. Jordan helped us make a desert friendly plan for our backyard. Bryce and his team were Great! He answered all of my questions. The team worked quickly and very hard. We are so Thankful for Moon Valley Nursery. We love our backyard!!

I felt compelled to write a review today, as my recent experience with Moon Valley Nusery was quite refreshing in today's climate of mediocre customer service. I had been dealing with Gabriel, who is a fantastic gentleman, and he got me lined up with the tree pruning department, to have my 2.5 year old Arizona Ash tree pruned while dormant. Once the appointment was set and paid for, it was time to wait. On the day of my appointment, I was pleased to receive a call from a very cordial young man, named Anthony Gomez. He was informing me that he would be heading to my house shortly, ETA 15 minutes....which was ahead of my scheduled appt window. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to see Anhtony, donning his PPE, ready to go. He walked me to my tree to give me a general description of what he and his crew would be doing. Once completed, Anthony brought me back out and discussed everything he had trimmed and why, explaining that opening up the canopy was going to help growth in the spring. Further impressing me, his crew blew all the dead foliage out of my yard, swept it up and disposed of it. I couldn't be happier with Anthony Gomez and crew. Kudos!!

Purchased 3 trees at $1k in June and Daniel seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He informed us that the trees come with a 2yr warranty, not knowing what that meant, jokingly I asked if it was a tree doctor that comes to your house, Daniel said it was exactly like that. Feeling shocked, happy and reassured thinking they would help me throughout the 2 years, I made the purchase. After 3 weeks the trees were dying, all 3 looked yellow & the leaves were falling, & we made sure to follow their watering instructions. I called Daniel, who never answered any of my calls & my husband called the nursery to speak with Tiffany who acted like she had never heard of the “2yr warranty”, then proceeded to ask if we bought, the warranty. Daniel said it was free with the tree purchase but our word wasn’t good enough. At that point, I knew we were on our own. After a couple calls, Tiffany did give us moon juice to help the trees while watering but unfortunately only 1 tree looks healthy. Never again will we purchase trees from here, not only are they expensive but the employees lie to your face and give you the run-around. They lie about Home Depot or Lowe’s trees being inferior to theirs however I purchased a lime & lemon Costco tree (for $35) & both are doing beautifully, for being inferior trees. Tiffany said she would call us back to talk about the 2yr warranty & see what else they could help us with but it’s been 2 months, we haven’t heard from them.

Went to Moon Valley on Indian School to, just look, at replacing a lemon tree we lost during a recent storm. We did end up purchasing a tree and scheduling delivery and planting. We dealt with Wesley who was extremely knowledgeable. Also dealt with Nico I believe who also very professional. We have other minor yard improvements to make and will definitely be back.

Today is the best day! We got new trees and the install crew was awesome! They called right when they said they would and arrived within a minute of the quoted time! It was like a ball of fire! They came in, hustled hard, planted two trees in our garden, and then cleaned up like professionals! We’re extremely happy and will likely purchase more trees from Moon Valley! Thank you Jeremy and your crew!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish, we got 2 very large trees, & had 2 large trees cut down , stumps removed and replaced with these, the whole process was smooth and easy, big shout out to to Carrie she’s the best!!!! Thank you so much

I went to the Moon Valley nursery in Avondale a few weeks ago to purchase Moon Juice and Palm Juice for my trees, I was assisted by Regional Customer Service ManagerMr.! Steven Lopez, I explained to him that I had left my coupon for one free bottle at home by mistake he told don’t worry about it, we have you covered. I then went to the register to pay for my two bottles and he then said don’t worry about it and I asked him what he meant by his statement, he then repeated don’t worry you are good and I will help you to your car with the products. I then stated that I did not want him to get in trouble and that I had money to pay for the items, he then stated no charge , you are a Army Veteran and we appreciate your service, I told him thank you but you don’t owe me anything for my service, and that I was honored to serve this country and citizens. Mr. Lopez was very nice and helpful and I totally thank him and moon Valley for their customer service and compassion to all.
