We have been a long time customer of Moon Valley Nurseries and a little over a year ago we moved from Surprise to Goodyear. We lost a number of bushes and trees in our yard over the last two summers and wanted some ideas to bring more colour to our backyard when we replaced some of the lost plants. John Rodriquez greeted us at the nursery and was friendly, courteous, knowledgable and very helpful guiding us through our options and coming up with a plan for our yard. We can't wait to see the finished product. Thank you John for all your assistance.

The team at Moon Valley is amazing! We are having a backyard wedding and Wesley helped us pick out plants that will thrive in our space and look beautiful for our event. When we went back to pick up the plants, the manager came out to congratulate us and surprised us with some plants as wedding gift! They were kind, knowledgeable, and so fun to work with. My husband and I purchased a home in Goodyear one year ago, from the Midwest. Everyone calls our yard, "The Oasis"as it has such beautiful seasoned plants, trees, palms etc. We lost 2 large palms and were devastated and few more shrubs werent looking good. We came to Moons considering buying 2 small replacements and Kevin Blevins, ARBORIST, walked up and iffered his expertise. He listened and offered to come over and do an evaluation of the yard and create a plan. We purchased over $2800 in trees of which we recognize was higher than we budgeted for, but the reputation of Moons quality plants and his expertise, we decided it was well worth it. He was extremely professional, friendly and took pics to get further professional opinions from his resources and await his call. Thank you, Moons for allowing him to come to our home and highly recommend him and Moons Nursery.

Wesley was very personable and, obviously, knowledgeable in helping choose a pineapple palm for front and a few colorful shrubs to fill in empty spaces in the back. Pastor’s planting crew did such a great job. Moving the rock, tarps down, plumbing the palm and getting good support under it. Everything was cleanly done. Yard looked great when they finished. In the last 18 years, I've spend thousands on two packages, the most recent being a Giant tree and 4 fruit trees, and even used their financing. Two of the trees died, and I was able to literally pull them up by the rootball over a year later, meaning they had never grown since being planted. I watered and used their "moon juice" as directed. My warranty was nearly up, so I called it in and sent a text with the picture to the salesperson. He called me and said it would be irresponsible to plant "during this time of the year", so follow up after December. Well, my warranty ran out, and guess what? Now it's expired and nobody remembers the phone conversation. Lesson learned, if you text a salesperson, recap any agreement in text. I hope I'm the only one this happened to.

The trees didn't even outlast the payments, so I paid off the account and won't be back. In my attempt to see if they could make it right, the sales manager told me, "We can replace them for $300.". I bought them for $344. and "insured them" for an additional $100+. I offered to pay $200 each because I don't expect anything free, but they were ruthless and steadfast with their "might as well repurchase at full price" stance. The guy even told me, "You HAVE a line of credit, you know, just pay it off later!" Geez, guys, really?

So when you buy insurance, remember, it means nothing unless you get the work done by the time the insurance lapses. And they don't work with you. A tip for readers, look at your new trees weekly, and the first sign of any illness or lack of growth, make them make it right, and don't apologize or rely on their "let's see what they look like in a few weeks" technique. It was my mistake, don't make it yours.

Completely and utterly defeated by peaceful and respectful attempts at reasonable negotiation to no satisfaction or avail, I calmly mentioned it's unlikely I will return, and I received a smile and a handshake (for what reason, I'm unsure) in response. They got my money, and I walked away with a hole in the ground. I went to Home Depot, paid $40 each for a blood orange and a lemon tree and used manure instead of moon juice and a shovel. They're growing wonderfully. Poor show, guys.

John and Stephen were incredible to work with! Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely not the least expensive but well worth it for the education and the 90-day guarantee (when they plant)

Eddie and his crew from the San Tan store did a great job! They were on time, communicated with us about everything, worked efficiently, and cleaned up when they were finished. We couldn't be more pleased! Thanks Eddie for a great experience 👍!

Wesley was very helpful!!! He pointed me the in the right direction for my creeping fig and little Ollie dwarf olive trees, got me a cart, and answered all my questions. I will come to this location just to work with him again. Excellent selection of plants as well!

Blaine was amazing!!! Having used another pool service for a couple of years with mediocre (at best) service, Blaine came to my home at 6:30AM to help us with our pool issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. With the first meeting, I know he was passionate about helping us get our pool up and running. I am so thankful for him and will highly recommend his services to any and everyone.

We hired Mr. Klean Pool Service to do a Drain, Clean and refill. He did an amazing job getting some real nasty stains out of our plaster, he's fast, knowledgable, good prices, and a great communicator. Stop looking, hire Mr. Klean Pool Service now!

After having my pool cleaner go bad and let them go, I hired another pool cleaner whom was referred by others and had great reviews. They told me I had algae growing, the Cyanuric acid was extremely high and my pool needed drained. It was going to be $700 to chlorine wash and drain it. My pool builder referred me to Bullfrog which would be $1100, as many others were from 900- 1200. I then contacted Mr. Klean Pool Service. Blaine promptly answered my call, as he asked me what the issue was and listened well to my situation. He then explained he doesn't service my area, but felt lead to come to my home and drain it. He observed it, started draining it, as well as let me know that he didn't see any algae and we will look at it in the morning. He only charged me $300. He walked me thru the steps and came back the next morning to finish the job. He also noticed that the low and high speed were set wrong and operating together, which could of damaged my motors. He set my levels, shared a wealth of knowledge that my pool builder didn't nor did my previous pool cleaners take care of. My previous cleaner, while he was very nice, was not doing the job he was hired to do, and my pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. Blaine displays the heart of his business and for his clients. His professionalism is demonstrated with integrity, pride, credibility, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, follow through and goes the extra mile to take care of his clients. He does NOT take advantage of your money, he is all about quality, fair pricing and building a relationship with his clients. He also does a multitude of other pool-related jobs as well, and I only wish he was closer for me to hire to take care of my pool. Now, I need to find someone like him. Blaine is your Pool Guy, if you need one!!!

When I met Mr Klean, my pool was green. He drained, acid washed, refilled,and turned it blue!....over the years, he has provided excellent care for my pool and equipment. I have been blessed to have his service! If you choose him, he will provide honest assessments and services !

We highly recommend Blaine for your pool services. We were entering summer with a green pool. We took many recommendations of cleaning products to use and we just continued to waste our time and money as nothing worked. With only a few days left before our big pool party, Blaine came in and made our pool clear blue again! The pricing was fair and he explained everything to us. He was honest, fast, and reliable. We encourage you to consider him for any of your pool needs. We only wish we had called him sooner!

I asked Blaine a couple days ago to come and check out our pool as it was not looking so clear. He came over within 2 hours and replaced a pump that had to be done. He was very professional and really knew a lot about what was wrong with my filter system and pump. He fixed it that day and within the next 24 hours we had a Chrystal clear pool! He was very easy to talk to and was also very honest about pricing. Thanks to Blaine we have a beautiful pool up and running for the summer in our new house!

I have been using Mr. Kleen pool services for about 6 months now, and I've been more than satisfied and have had my expectations far exceeded! I'm a new homeowner and travel for work, Blaine has been nothing but accommodating of that, and has kept me in the loop and notifying me of any concerns as soon as he notices them, and gives recommendations on next steps. I recently had to have my pump and filter tank replaced, and Blaine was able to walk me through the steps and help me not panic in the situation. I cannot say enough good things about Blaine and his pool service. He has come to my rescue several times, BEFORE I was a regular customer. He is VERY responsive, informative and has integrity.
