I needed a new AC unit and Pat came out the next day for a quote, once I decided what I wanted he was out the next morning to install it. Absolutely amazing service! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

On May 4th I called and spoke with Lisa. Lisa told me that they could fix my air on March 5th because they were booked for the day. Let me just say that my blower did not work at all. I know nothing about thermostats so why I tried to rewire it myself is beyond me. So I just assumed that was the problem. The tech showed up, looked at the thermostat then went into the crawl space. Boom!!! 20 mins later my a/c was fixed. Today, 5/6 I came home from work to find my home hot. NOW the fan or compressor isn't coming on. I called Pat's and they were closed (tear). I made an appt with another a/c company cause the heat was unbearable. I hear the door bell ring and it's the a/c tech from Pat's coming to get a tool he'd left. I commented about having to call another company. The awesomeness of this man is as follows: He immediately offered to look at my a/c. He was nice enough not to charge a service fee. He found the problem immediately and fixed it immediately. Two experiences in two days and both have been excellent. I HIGHLY recommend Pat's. They have very reasonable rates. I'm glad I chose Pat's A/C!!! Thanks

Colton came by to help us out today with our problem. He was very professional and explained everything to us what all was wrong and what he could do to help prolong the system he fixed everything right up. The house is nice and cold and if I have any future issues I will be sure to call them

I read the reviews and thought I would give these guys a try. We are somewhat remote and the appointment that we had set with another company was cancelled because of the distance even though they had serviced us before. I called Pat's in the afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning. Patrick was really friendly and helpful. I explained the problem and he had me up and running in less than an hour. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need and he explained the problem so that even I could understand. The price was very affordable. I am a very happy customer. You should give them a try.

My home A/C quit overnight. I called Pat's AC first thing in the morning and a couple of hours later a technician was at the house. Thankfully, it was just the capacitor and shortly afterwards the A/C was up and running. They were friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I unfortunately would not recommend this business. Our ac was blowing warm and constantly ran, they came out Saturday morning as an emergency and said our coils were clogged and needed cleaning but they couldn't do it that day and for us to call to make an appointment on Monday. We couldn't wait as it was 93 degrees inside so we called another company. They found that we had a leak and not that our coils were clogged. We called Pat's and informed that the tech had showed us a picture of someone else's clogged coils because it wasn't ours and that the tech misdiagnosed our issue. We were asked to send the invoice to show what the other company diagnosed and fixed and that they wouldn't charge us for the emergency call. I emailed them 3 times and no response. I wouldn't recommend this company as they misdiagnose as well as no communication.

I tried to install a new thermostat because it would not shut off when it hit target temperature.. I estimated my power bill this month would have gone above $550!.. I managed to make my AC system not work. I called Pat's and made an appointment. Colton and his partner (did not get his name) showed up right on time and got to work right away. They were able to quickly figure out the issue and even found other issues that were unknown. They installed a new thermostat, transformer, rewired the heat strips, and inspected my ducts because I just recently bought this home and had concerns. They informed me that only the smallest heat strip had been running before (which makes sense, it did not get hot before), but now two out of the three will run. They could not do the third due to safety reasons concerning the power supply lines. Now my AC/heat is working better than it was before I messed it up and shuts off/turns on when it is supposed to. The power bill savings alone were worth the cost! Thanks for helping me out and being so knowledgeable!

1st time having an AC problem and after calling 6 different ac companies, Pat's was the only one willing to come out on a holiday, same day. Colton diagnosed the issue right away, explained the issue and got it fixed in 10 minutes, without charging thousands of dollars. It's been a few minutes since he left and the house is already cool.

Greg was very polite and was able to fit me in same day even though I called on Friday evening. Repair wasn't done same day he did get his team out first thing Monday morning they were quick and so helpful. I will for sure be a return customer for ac needs. Thank you for getting this fixed so fast and getting my kids out of this heat

Started using Pat's AC when I lived in Buckeye, great prices and unbeatable customer service. I continue to use them in my new house and they are always on time with prices that can't be beat. Colton is an awesome tech. Polite, great customer service, knows his job, just a pleasure to work with. This last go around I had a capacitor go out on one of my units in triple digit temps. Waited and called in the morning and they were able to get me in same day. They were on time and quick. Got my house cool again in no time. Other companies should take notice of the customer service this business has. Pat's AC does it right.

Called them at 7am on a Friday morning they told me they could have someone between 10-12, perfect !! Summer in AZ 110+ out and to be able to send someone so prompt is amazing !! Communication was fantastic, as the tech was running late they called to update me and let me know he was held up on the previous job. Rick was my tech was quick, informative, very friendly, and able to diagnose the problem immediately! Prices are more than fair ! If I could give 10 stars I would ! Thank you Pats AC !!

Arizona AC & Heating is absolutely the very best AC repair service I have ever dealt with Robert is professional and just so knowledgeable and honest. There is no up-sell with him. He came did the diagnostics on my AC unit made the repairs at a very reasonable fee. I will never use any of the big AC/Heating companies again.
