I had an amazing experience with RU Clean. Ronal and his father came out to clean two couches (a love seat and very large, white sectional) and two captain’s dining chairs. The sectional is truly beloved in our home. Kids run across it, pets play on it, and guests even sleep on it. Needless to say, it was no longer looking white and had so much pet hair stuck in the weave of the fabric. In fact, even when we first bought it from the outlet, the fabric wasn't as clean as it is now!

Ronal and his father went above and beyond and somehow made it look even better than when we purchased it. I’m beyond pleased with the results! If you’re looking for upholstery cleaning in Buckeye, I can’t recommend them enough.

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Ronal answered the phone right away, gave me a quick and fair quote, and even though the sectional turned out larger than expected, he honored his original price. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and were both professional and kind.

Below is the before and after of one of my rooms that has the most traffic footprint. I have 2 toddlers and they sure did some damage and now after the professional cleaning you can’t even tell!

If your thinking of anyone to service your carpets you must go with RU Clean LLC and look no where else!! You will not regret it!

Did I mention they use wall protectors and clean up any drips/spills of water from the service. This guys literally do it all and without asking! Very clean and organized!!

RU Clean did an amazing job cleaning my sectional! It looks brand new and smells incredible. Their pricing is unbeatable and their response time was excellent. I’ll definitely be using them again!

He showed up up on time ready to work dressed sharp. Asked me to show him around showed him the 3 rooms I needed cleaning 2 large living rooms and a bigger master bed room and a arm chair we where house sitting a dog for a month that had a few accident.

RU CLEAN was able to remove all odors and freshen up the carpets as well as are arm chair!! All for $250 he even offered to do our other office for $50 while he was there and was partly worth it!!

GET A WRITTEN QUOTE OR ELSE THEYLL SCAM YOU!! They charged me OVER $300 THAN QUOTED. Hired them a couple weeks before Thanksgiving the get my carpets cleaned via a deal they were offering, quoting me on the phone for $75 for a Thanksgiving deal including an additional room and hallway, and staircase. They got to work, it looked okay, but it still smelled kinda weird after paying for the pet + odor eliminator upgrade (also discussed on the phone). Anywho, they finish the job and say the job, originally quoted $150, was now going to be $455. On top of that they DEMANDED the payment be made in cash or via Venmo to not a business account but a personal account under the name Ronal Urquiola, not by card which is not something they had previously mentioned when discussing payment or their service whatsoever. I told them that seemed high, but they said that’s their firm price, and as it was just me by myself alone with three men demanding money they made me pay. I called the company immediately following and tried to explain the situation, but come to find out it’s a family business. So, a number of bank calls and $455 later I have some moderately clean carpet and an oncoming trip to small claims court as my landlords were paying for the service and refuse to be scammed. I highly recommend you don’t take your business to this company, but if you choose to unfortunately do so DEMAND a written quote on paper (which was at no point ever provided) and DEMAND a valid form of payment via credit card / a card connected to your bank so if they do inevitably try to scam you, it’s much easier to resolve.

Attached is the Venmo payment made with the name attached, as well as the texts and calls with time stamps between calls made, information relayed to the landlord, and the call back to establish an appointment so there’s no really time for “confusion.” Stay safe!

Excellent experience from start to finish. They were extremely flexible with scheduling, did a fantastic job, and the carpets look wonderful. Super nice, easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. Overall, a great company that I would absolutely use again.

I was looking online for a local small business carpet cleaning company and was lucky enough to come across RU Clean LLC. I called and spoke with Ronal who was very friendly and helpful during my conversation of what type of services I would need. He gave me a quote over the phone and I was pleased that when he arrived here to do the work The price did not increase. Ronal and his father did a fantastic job on my carpet, area rugs and my tile floors. I was impressed with the four step process of cleaning my carpet, area rugs, and tile floors which took them approximately three hours. Their professionalism, attention to detail and great customer service from start to finish was truly amazing! I am grateful for their service and hard work. I will continue to hire and now refer RU Clean LLC to all my clients. In closing, please give this local small business a chance, you will not regret it!

RU Clean LLC were very friendly and professional. I got a 3 seat sofa cleaned and they got it done quickly and efficiently. They even cleaned my old dirty rug in front of the sofa for no extra charge! My living room now looks like it did when I moved in. Will definitely be doing business with them again!
