Excellent customer service, on-time service, efficient & performed miracles on our grout!! Their prices are the best! My son used his crayons all throughout our grout lines and after five years of wear and tear and also several coffee stains on our carpet... Cooper's made it all look brand new! I did not think it was possible.

Coopers is just amazing. They are the nicest and most professional carpet cleaners we have ever used.
We were moving and had a few spots on the carpet that we needed taken care of. They were able to come out a few days later and were able to get the spots out. They were also able to navigate a few or our needs with ease and were able to get in, get out and our carpets don’t have issues now.
They were a huge blessing to us and we are so thankful. Please choose Coopers if you need your carpets cleaned! They won’t disappoint!

I scheduled Cooper's Carpet and Tile to come out and clean 2 bedrooms, a sectional, and my grout in the Arizona room and I was very pleased with my results and the price. It's a family owned company and not some corporation that tries to sell you useless products and add more to your bill. Mr. Cooper was straight up, no gimmicks! I love my results! I would recommend them to everyone and definitely will be using Coopers Carpet again!

Anthony cleaned our carpets and tile, he was on time and did a wonderful job, he’s so personable, and great to talk to. We would have him back any time, maybe we’ll do our ducts cleaned next time too. We’ve had Max’s for the last several years and won’t have any other service. You will not be sorry if you have them.

Let's just say we needed an emergency cleanup in the guest bedroom on a Saturday morning that definitely could not wait until Monday or Tuesday. Max was very professional, and friendly on the phone. He was able to send out Rick to do the job which he did very well. Rick was also very professional and helpful since we are new to Arizona. Would DEFINITELY recommend, and hire again. Had an awesome experience with MaxClean. They cleaned my entire house (carpet and tile), but during the process they realized the previous home owner took a shortcut with how the tile was cleaned and sealed. They instantly discussed our options and ultimately we went with performing a ColorSeal to make all grout the same color and keep it looking clean. The tiles are as old as the house but looks like we just installed them!

The tech was nice and respectful, but my floor just looks as if I mopped it. The creases between the tile are still dirty looking. I had 700 sq ft cleaned and it cost me more than half of what I paid to get my rental property of 2500 sq ft cleaned. I wish I could find the guy that cleaned my rental property. I would not recommend this company.

I reached out to Max to have my tile and grout cleaned. I inquired online and he called me right away to go over his services and pricing. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. He is now on my speed dial and I will call him every time I need cleaning services. Well done!

Super happy with MaxClean! We had them come out and clean our carpets before we moved into our home. They did a great job and recommended a tile clean in the bathrooms while they were out. Just had my first encounter with MaxClean based on a referral from someone in my community. The entire experience has been fabulous. They have responded quickly toy request for quote, booked the appt., told me what to expect, arrived not on time but early!!! (Love it) and did an impeccable job on the carpet cleaning. While at the carpet cleaning appt I got a quote on tile cleaning and sealing of the grout which we will be booking shortly. Great people, amazing service and supreme work! I highly recommend MaxClean!!!!

They did a very nice job on my tile floors and cleaned it sealed it cleaned recliner and my shower floor tried to clean but it has calcium buildup and didn't charge me for that very prompt nice guys.

Our new puppy made a mess of our carpets. Anthony came in and within one hour our carpets looked like they were new. The best part about it was it dries in forty five minutes to an hour. No waiting 4 -6 hours with wet carpets. These folks did an outstanding job, If I could have given them a six star review I would have.

Max Clean was incredible. They took care of two carpet cleanings for me in a very timely manner as I had to do it last minute. While they were taking care of that they informed me that they could also repair the carpet damage. Their customer service was also top notch and friendly!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Maxclean! Max cleaned my large, filthy area rug at a very reasonable price, had it looking wonderful and reinstalled it in just under four days. I am going to have him come and reseal my granite countertops in a couple of months. I would definitely recommend this company for their personable, professional work and excellent customer service.
