I had a devastating situation happen with my Airbnb getting trashed - I thought the upholstery stains and damage were irreparable. I needed an emergency same day service to get back in business - Tay came to the rescue. He was incredibly friendly and empathetic to the situation, and just a pleasure to talk which really made my day less stressful. They perform magic! If anyone would have seen the filthy carpets in our rental home you would have thought there was absolutely no way to save them. Got to tell you they look awesome. This saved me a pile of money not to have to replace the carpet.
