Just had our 13 year old "contractor special" system replaced. This was a hard decision to make cost wise....do I add leak stop and recharge a leaky system or go with brand new. I had a $10K quote from a Tempe based company with no firm install date. Chris came out gave me good advice on repair vs. new and worked with me to fit a new unit into my budget. Install took two days vs. the one day because of unanticipated problems installing the air handler, and I'm sure took profit away from Chris but Chris kept his word and quoted price...that is business ethics on the table, I really appreciated that. I will use Ultimate Comfort from now on out.

Chris has been working on my AC and Heating at my business and residence. He pays attention to detail and will not sell you anything you don’t need, also will come out in emergency situation. My home heater went out during winter and I had a newborn son at home, Chris went to the house the same day and didn’t leave till it was fixed. That’s just one of the times he helped me during a pinch. Thank you Chris and congratulations on your own company you and your family deserve it.

Ultimate Comfort HVAC carefully checked my existing system and made recommendations based on fact. Based on my home, based on my specific situation. In other words they did not try and sell me an HVAC package out of some book where they could make the most money. Chris did his homework and Chris did the dirty work to design and install a custom system for my home. Thank You so Much.

Had Ultimate Comfort perform general maintenance on my two units. Great service. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain how the units work and the need for the parts he was replacing. The cost was very reasonable, will definitely be calling them for yearly check ups.

Great installation process and initial care for sure, but after they make the big sale, they don't care about you ! I never received the free 2 year service agreement after paying cash for a brand new install . Not a single call since I had it installed 3 years ago . Shouldn't have to chase what you were offered . I wasn't going to update my review but I saw that they're still advertising that same deal of 2 free years of service on your new install . So just beware they don't always follow through on what they say !

Ultimate did an amazing job. Quick response when I had an issue with my furnace. Replaced my old furnace in a timely manner and fair prices. Very professional and honest. I’ll be contacting them again when we choose to upgrade to an A/C. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Ultimate Comfort has installed an air conditioner unit and has done maintenance work on my furnance. Great company. Chris does great work and does it in a timely manner. He keeps his appointments and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs work done.

Chris was professional and efficient, but took his time to make sure everything was right and kept in contact even after install to make sure there were no issues. He delivered warranty information as soon as he could. And gave us a run down on services. I would highly recommend Chris and his team for any AC needs.

UPDATE June 2019
I finally decided to go for it! I just wish I had done it sooner and saved my self some money. Chris had suggested I get a new unit before I spent the money to simply repair my old unit. Wished I had listened! Besides the money I put into the old unit that could have gone into purchase of my new unit I wouldn't have missed out on the Improved Airflow and steady cooling my new unit is giving me. He did a great job of keeping my old unit going as strong as it could but it simply does not compare to this new one. I get about twice the volume of air out of the vents now and it keeps my house constantly at the temperature I set it at. The old unit would have times of the day that it just couldn't keep up with the hotter temps especially in the late part of the day. I am so happy with my new 4 ton Coleman all electric unit! Also I was very happy with the new ducting that I had Chris and his team put in. It is all working very well together and very well worth the expense of it. I also liked that he talked to me about the pros and cons of several different brands and types of units and helped me to pick what was going to best work for me and my family. I also got a new Thermostat that works better and is easier to read than that old dinosaur I had on the wall! Thanks Chris and Team! You guys rock!

Another UPDATE! 5/3/2019
Again I have to say having Chris and Ultimate Comfort Come out on a regular service basis is the way to go!
It has been getting hot during the days and my AC was not doing too well and Chris was able to pinpoint the problem right away. (Freon Leak) and get me fixed up before it became a real problem. My unit is old and in need of replacement and I am looking forward to Ultimate Comfort HVAC doing the replacement for me. Good people.

I am so glad I have Chris at Ultimate Comfort HVAC LLC doing my regular servicing. My HVAC is working great and he is catching any issues for me and my family BEFORE they become a problem.

After contacting various AC companies, I chose to go with Ultimate Control HVAC and had a Trane 16 seer 2 stage Heat pump installed to replace my old unit. The owner, Chris is a very personable and knowledgeable guy. The pricing was fair for the product and services. Chris came out as scheduled, with his crew, RJ and Trevon, and removed the old heat pump and replaced some ducting for better air flow. Their work was professional and completed in a timely manner. The service is excellent and I highly recommend Ultimate Control HVAC if your looking for friendly, fair and professional company for your AC needs.

Recently, my AC stopped working. I gave Chris a call. He came out the next day, gave me a price and my Trane is in place and working exceptionally. He is fair, honest and caring. He called after installing the unit to follow up. Nice of him to do that. Showed he cared. This is a business we need to support in our community. After being without AC for several days in extreme July heat and getting the runaround from many other HVAC companies, we decided to hire Ultimate Comfort to replace our unit. We are sure glad we did!! Chris was very knowledgeable and knew exactly which unit would work most efficiently for us in this blazing AZ desert without breaking our piggy bank. And, since we were without AC, he went out of his way to install the very next day. Chis and his assistant, RJ, showed up on time and worked together as a well-trained team, taking out the old and installing the new in less than 90 minutes. We even got a call later from Chris to make sure all was running well and cooling down as it should. Chris and Ultimate Comfort definitely have our business for life!! We can’t say enough good things about them.

Now the backstory: About two years ago another company installed a new heat-pump system and they didn't do a very good job - so I didn't call them again. I had another HVAC company come out to my house last year to help with some issues and they ghosted me after their initial visit - so I wasn't about to call them again either!

When I called Ultimate Comfort Chris came out within a couple of days to do his initial inspection. Right away Chris identified the problem(s) and presented a solution. In a manner of hours (between his initial inspection and the repair work needed) all of my issues were resolved. My thermostat is wired and functioning properly and my airflow issues have been resolved!
