Chris is an amazing technician. He will find the issue and fix it.
I have used Chris at 4 houses now ( one whole house replacement, one motor replacement, a garage split and a freon top-off) and he has never tried to upsell me.
Since he is a small company I am willing to wait for an appointment due to his quality of work.

After installing our HVAC system, we came home to find a huge water spot on our ceiling. Turns out their installers didn't know enough to hook up the secondary drain line. After coming out and fixing it, I was told they would send someone out to fix the ceiling. Never happened. Now they aren't returning our calls. Don't use these people. They may be the least expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Chris and his crew (Terry and Alex) installed 3 new Trane heat pumps and 3 new Trane air handlers in our Casa Grande Home. I can't say enough about how happy I am with every aspect of working with Chris and Ultimate Comfort.

They came when they said they would, they did the work they said would and they left our house significantly better than it was before. I had a number of quotes and conversations with other HVAC contractors before going with Ultimate Comfort and we are glad we did. The workmanship was outstanding and the price was not only fair but much better than expected.

Excellent installation!! The entire team was professional and provided excellent service. They were on time, did all the work quoted and removed all parts/trash. Replacement of the entire Trane system with a new Trane system. Highly recommend Chris and his team.
