I needed two new heat pumps, so I interviewed a number of contractors looking for an honest company who charged a fair price. I hit the jackpot with Ultimate Comfort Hvac. The owner and his team were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect to the tiniest detail. Their upbeat attitudes and the way they worked together was like a fine oiled machine that impressed me to no end. The cherry on the sundae was that they treated each other with respect, and I could hear gentle laughter between them if there was a hiccup in anything. It actually lifted my spirits. And what they charged came in under those I had interviewed previously. I recommend them highly.

Had a new unit installed from ultimate comfort. Recommend to me by the home inspector for my home. Excellent company. Have had a nice cool home since calling them. They removed to old unit and installed the new unit. Any issues I had they fixed almost immediately. I recommend calling them for your a/c needs.

So my ac stopped blowing cold air i called up chris about it he came out the same day to check it out found the problem gave me a great price on what needed to b done.

This company is great and very professional. They have come out seasonally and made sure the system is running optimal at no charge. They installed a new intake with duct work to make sure the system ran even colder! Above and beyond the call of duty and always answering the phone and came back out until the system ran better than the previous heating/AC unit had ever run!!

I was without my downstairs a/c for three months. After having about three different people tell me what they thought was wrong with my a/c, Chris actually showed me the problem. He tested everything to make sure what the other repairmen told me was wrong and did it in front of me. I actually had a leak and needed the coil replaced. He quickly replaced it and went out of his way to follow-up to see how the a/c was working on more than one occassion. I highly recommend Chris and his company. Totally honest and reliable....

Chris charged us 2500 less than the lowest of 3 other AC company’s in Casa Grande. Chris also told the truth and explained what he was going to install HOW he was doing it and WHY it would give us the most efficient and long lasting AC air and unit.. We hired Ultimate Comfort HVAC to replace the AC at our rental property in Coolidge AZ. Chris did a excellent job and was courtesy and professional through out the process. He provided tenants with a portable AC to use until installation was complete. We are happy with the service and quality of work and his warranties are very good. Chris was here on a Monday to check out my very very old unit. Quoted a price on a new 2 1/2 Ton and came back in the early morning of Thursday of the same week to install. They waisted no time during the install. Chris knew I was concerned about my dog being in the house with no ac running. So, he had three others of his crew show up to help him get the new unit installed quickly. I very much appreciated their effort.

I had 3 other companies give me estimates. Two of those had no real interest in doing an install this time of year and the third one quoted way over than Ultimate Comfort.

The only place to get your A/C serviced, period! After getting outright ridiculous estimates from other HVAC companies to get my two systems replaced, Chris blew my mind with a price for not one, but two complete Trane systems for almost half the price of the other guys. I couldn't believe it at first. Chris showed up with his crew and banged out the job. They did a top-notch job on the install, and the Trane units are awesome. NOBODY knows HVAC like Chris. Not only is he a master at his trade, he's also an honest guy with integrity. This is by far the best HVAC company I've ever used, and would recommend Ultimate Comfort to anyone who is having A/C or heating problems.
