Needed air conditioner fixed. They were friendly and came right away. David located the problem and had it fixed immediately. Great to work with!

Absolutely on their game. Arrived before scheduled appt. Diagnosed problem quickly. Unfortunately, had to order part. Came the next morning as scheduled to install ordered part.
David the tech was very professional and understanding of the situation, being it was 106 when the a/c unit stopped working. It was about 1:00pm when Mid-state was contacted, they were still able to schedule a tech that day. Remarkable response time. Unit was up and running within a 24 hr period. Thank you Mid-state, you are remarkable.

Great easy to set up appointment, great good old fashioned service, I really appreciate knowing I can call this company for help they seem to enjoy problem solving - and know the machines well enough to diagnose the issues and fix things efficiently.

Called three companies in Casa Grande to get a price on replacing my 25 yr old unit Oscar showed up on time and was the picture of professionalism, No bs straight to work. Not even a call back from the other companys. We will have to see the price but more than likely they will be getting the job.

My A/C went out during the night. Rush came out the next morning and when they couldn't repair it picked up a new unit that day and were at my house at 5:30 in the morning with a double crew to get the unit installed quicker. They also gave me a portable A/C unit to keep the house cool until they could get the A/C unit installed and working. The price was very reasonable and the guys were very professional.
