The most professional HVAC company I’ve worked with. Showed up on time, very meticulous with their work. A second technician showed up and they spent 20 minutes explaining everything in a simple and detailed manner. It was their last job of the day and they could have rushed out, but were very professional. Can’t recommend enough!

I love Desert Sun!! From the scheduler, who is pleasant, to the technician Greg. I called at 7:30 am for an AC making a loud noise. By 12:00, Greg was at my door. He was efficient, pleasant to deal with and fixed the problem quickly. I will always recommend them!!

So if your having A/C issues I know it can be challenging to find a fair and honest company to address your problem. A friend recommended Desert Sun Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration, so I gave them a call and I'm glad I did. They are fantastic! when their tec Greg showed up he was super nice and friendly, I could tell he really liked his job.
Took the time to explain things to me and had me up and running in no time. I give them a five star!

I've used Desert Sun for the last 3 years and have been blown away by their service and prices!!!
Since the first visit and quote, I had all my duct work replaced, they didn't make me feel bad for having work done in my house, like a local renown company. The price was also $1400 cheaper, and both companies own their own sheet metal component too, hmmm.
Every service and work done has been a pleasant experience and not over priced, I think the service contract I purchased has already paid for itself and I have another year and half on it!

We recommend Desert Sun, Luke diagnosed a start capacitor under specified ratings and replaced it and found air handler motor with excessive play, replaced under warranty. Front Office was good in communicating service tech arrival and provided accurate estimates and billing.

The customer service was amazing and worked with me to save money on the repair and cleaning. I only go here for trustworthy service with a smile and great customer service. God bless you guys!

This company is professional, efficient, and has excellent customer service technique. Company prepared for quickest possible installment even before I secured financing. The team that installed my new system worked together smoothly without a hitch. They were also knowledgeable about air conditioning with answers to my questions on practical ways to use the air conditioning wisely. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for all my air conditioning needs.

This company is absolutely amazing! Luke came out to my house today and fixed my AC and was so friendly and professional and the job was done perfectly! They saved me! No one wants to be without AC in the middle of summer in Arizona. This company came out did the job correctly and got it done! Highly highly highly recommended! Luke. You're welcome! I got so tired of all the HVAC people trying to sell me new systems when I didn't need one and I got the 100% truth from Desert Sun. The $68 truth to add life to my system. The truth with guys you can trust is worth everything. A+++++

Great Experience! Desert Sun was very professional and honest. They are my Go to Agency for Air-conditioning needs.

Terrible management. Isaac was completely unresponsive from the start. Isaac was disinterested when he came to our house and acted as if we were putting him out by getting a quote. I had to follow up with him several times just to get scheduled. They started on a Thursday and couldn't complete until the following Monday which we were made aware of. They did not properly hook our existing system back up on Thursday and did not have any AC Thursday night. We had to call Friday to have a tech come back out just to have AC for the weekend.

During the install on Monday, a tech fell through the ceiling. Understood that accidents happen, but Isaac didn't care at all when I reported it to him. I called the office and spoke with Jonathan. He didn't care and said Isaac is a manager and will take care of it. I then talked to Joe (claimed to be the owner). Extremely rude and also didn't care about the situation. They left the hole open for 4 hours which allowed blowing dust, debris, insulation and 100 degree heat to constantly blow in. We had to throw away multiple items due to damage and had to clean the entire house that night.

Also had very shoddy installation. Most of the registers are cut in crooked and other than 2 techs, their labor force was unskilled and provided terrible workmanship.

We had a 21 yr. old split A/C & Gas Furnace system in our home, long over due for replacement (see photo). We obtained several bids on new systems, being flexible as to what the pros recommended in their estimates for the equipment. Isaac and Jonathan really impressed us with the equipment they recommended and price they quoted. Their team did an outstanding installation of the 8 pieces of equipment (2 outside & 6 in the attic) that even impressed us more. This is a newer type of system as it has the R454b refrigerant and the entire system is two-stage. Needless to say, this was a big job which they handled extremely well both technically and professionally. Desert Sun is a family owned business that really cares about you as they treat you the customer as family too. We will be referring them to neighbors and friends for years to come.

Issac, Keith and the entire staff are fantastic. Installers never stopped working until the job was done. Customer service can’t be matched. New system in / out in less than a day along with a fantastic warranty. I highly recommend!!

The trim around the attic access needed to be removed to remove and replace the unit in the attic. The only issue I have with the quality of that is they did not scribe cut the caulking around the ceiling to remove and replace it more cleanly so it could have been replaced with little damage and notice ability to the finish everything else was done well they did sweep up the debris in the hallway a little dust on the tile but dust mopped it no problem I would use them again but would be alittle more on the finish inspection overall good job.

I switched to Desert Sun from my other HVAC crew-I really appreciate their work and integrity. They were honest and able. I don't have the time to describe the other two HVAV companies I had! Gold medal from us and lots of love from the family Desert Sun.

Kyle serviced our furnace on November 14. 2024. The unit is 10 years old but is in great shape. The service went fine. Kyle pointed out two improvements for us to consider. I like that he doesn't use any pressuring techniques to "upsale". Kyle is an excellent service tech. Thanks. DW

New service. Recently Kyle came and fixed my air handler. He was awesome troubleshooting and fixing my AC before it got to hot. I appreciate the amazing Midstate Refrig. service as always.

Every one of their techs has been incredibly friendly, helpful and thorough! These guys are truly amazing at explaining what they're doing and what needs to be done, if anything, and in a way that I can easily understand! The office does a great job of keeping maintenance schedule and are always friendly as well. They installed a whole new A/C unit and thermostat for me. I've called a few times when something didn't seem right and they didn't hesitate to come check it out even if it was something super minor. I will continue using them for all future needs!

Excellent customer service. I talked with Lynda who was very patient, informative and helpful setting up a maintenance agreement and scheduling maintenance on my HVAC system.

The gentlemen that came to assess my home the damaged duct work were kind and considerate. The techs sent to repair were polite, fast and very professional , going above and beyond to make sure my ducts inside my home and underneath the home were in good shape and installed new duct that pulled away under the home. I highly recommend them. My estimate was given prior to work done and 300 dollars cheaper than the given estimate.
