Appointment changed for day before scheduled appointment. My house is nice and cool with the 90 degree weather outside. Both men worked as a team to service my A/C unit.

Mike, the technician was wonderful! He detailed and carefully inspected all the A/C equipment, he answered all my questions with patience , he explained beautifully and provided suggestions. I had the most grateful experience with Mike!! He is awesome!

These guys are seriously the best. They’ve come out 3 times now when my AC broke and every time was same day service. They are also honest and don’t try to fix things that aren’t broken. Very affordable. Highly recommend!

I have fought and fought with Richmond American homes on my AC install on my new built home and have gotten nowhere. They came out 6 times in the 2 year warranty coverage period and fixed nothing before finally blowing me off for good. I called Midstate to come out, assess my AC unit and service it. I called them on Thursday and they were out the next morning promptly at 8 am. Kyle was my technician. He took the time to explain all the engineering design flaws as well as the manual intervention flaws from Richmond. He showed me pictures, walked me through and explained everything in detail. I am so thankful I called these guys. They gave me full trust in them in the one visit. I started a service contact with them and now I have peace of mind that my AC will finally function as expected. I highly recommend these guys.

Michael Scott was more than just professional. He was very personable, listened to the customer, and solved a years-long issue. Very attentive to detail, too.

We first called Mid-State a couple of years ago on a neighbor's recommendation. They were prompt, transparent in their fees, and did a great job. When our old AC gave out in May 2023, we called Mid-State again. They were prompt, did a great job, and again - fully transparent in their fees and what they were doing. Even better, our electric bill dropped over $360 for the 12 months following the new AC unit, as compared to the previous 12 months.

I would absolutely recommend Mid-State for HVAC work. They're honest, do a good job, and -- unlike so many companies we've encountered in this part of the world -- are there when they say they'll be there.

Great customer service on the phone & the gal (can’t remember her name, sorry) was very helpful to find a tech that would come after hours during incredibly high temperatures because having no a/c was brutal! The technician, Eddie, was a very professional & kind young man, willing to educate me as a fairly new widow & old lady living alone for the first time. Prompt and complete follow through. I called in the morning and the gal on the phone was very courteous and made a few call and got me on their schedule. Later the same day, a tech showed up and listened to what I was experiencing. He knew exactly what needed to be done to solve my problem. Our issue was fixed in minutes. Tech then went on to do a complete inspection of our furnace. Tech McKinley did fantastic work and was professional with great informative communication. Highly recommend Mid State Refrigeration. Very pleased, great customer service beyond my expectations.

Be careful these people just want to make money they don't care about there customers. I called to get a Tech to look at my unit they want to charge a diagnostic fee of 84.00. Learn how to be a child of Christ not of this world

After calling two other places and not getting a callback, my neighbor recommended Mid-State.
I had installed a mini split unit and I kinked one of the copper lines so I had to call for help. The scheduler was very helpful and their technician, Eddy, worked a very long day to fit me into the schedule, otherwise, I would have had to wait another week. He fixed the issue, vacuumed the system and recharged it. He explained what he was doing and I could tell that he wanted to make sure it was done correctly. Very good at what he does and he seemed like a really good person. This is definitely the company I will call next time I need hvac, again.

I hired someone to check out my unit. It didn’t cool my house well in the summer yet my AC kept running and my electric bills were crazy high. The Mid-State technician showed up late (well after the scheduled time - it was dark outside already) and apparently he never went under my house because just 6 months later someone else took pictures of under my house and all ducts weren’t attached and were blowing air under the house yet Mid-State had said everything looked fine and they didn’t know why I had ridiculously high electrical bills! Not impressed and won’t use them again for any services. I not only paid for a check-up that clearly wasn’t properly done, but I also had another 6+ months of heating and AC bills for the great outdoors.

I had a pair of really crummy broken refrigerators that I needed to dispose of, but the dump required that I hire an HVAC professional to vacuum out all of the refrigerant gasses first. When I took them here, the ladies at the front office said I could just leave them in the bone yard around back and they would take care of salvaging them, free of charge. I was very pleased. Excellent service.

The technician showed up on time to my home in Chandler and was able to diagnose my issue and fix it quickly. Scheduling was easy and overall I had a great experience with Mid-State Refrigeration!
