You will not find a better company or staff to do business with. October 29, 2024 We just all all the ducting replaced and up graded to R-8 . We had all the vent covers replace. The job was completely in less than one day. The crew was on time did a great job and cleaned up everything. We will continue to work with Mid State for all our HVAC needs adding to previous reviews we continue to use Midstate for all our heating and needs. Always great service

Called in an emergency and they made immediate same day service. Found out about their service contract and will have them service my HVAC unit 2 times a year

Excellent customer service and by far the best pricing! Saved a lot of money by choosing this company to replace our old AC unit a couple of years ago compared to several other companies’ quotes. A few days ago, our 2nd AC unit, which is pretty old, went out. Lisa was super helpful and able to get us set up asap. Kyle the technician was friendly and professional. Was able to repair our old unit and now it’s running normally again. They saved us from having to replace the old unit, and hopefully bought us more time before we eventually will need to replace it. And when that time comes, I will 100% use Mid-State for that service. Will recommend to any of my family and friends! They are the best!

Our AC unit was old and we knew it we would need to upgrade soon. Gary and John(I believe that’s his name) came to give an estimate. I explained what I was looking for our home, he gave me his best suggestion and sent 2 quotes with great breakdown to fully understand what to expect with each. We worked with us as we tried to gather the fund so we wouldn’t have to finance(that is an option they have). Our AC unit went out and with in 4 days they had us on the schedule and our house cooled down with in a hour of installing both units!! Everyone from the company was so professional, showed up earlier than said to be(we were excited to see them, our home was hot). It took most of the day but we are so grateful for Mid State Refrigeration and awesome warranty they provide on their work. Thank you Mid State Refrigeration we appreciate you all so much!!!

Mid State Refrigeration is a great company. They will go out of their way to help their customers. I had my a/c go out on a Saturday morning and they were there in two hours. They used a temporary motor to get us thru until they could order and replace ours. I highly recommend Mid State Refrigeration.

They did a great job on my air conditioning. Just as importantly, they did not push for an upsell. They were efficient, friendly and knew what they were doing. I recommend them.

The tech was on time and texted his arrival time ahead of time. Upon arrival he introduced himself went to work. After he was done he explained what he had done, thanked us for using Mid-State and left. He worked quietly and was very courteous and polite.
