These guys came out very professional they allowed me to see exactly what they were saying. They did not push me into buying things I was not ready to buy and they fixed my AC thank you guys so much desert Sun you did an amazing job your technicians absolutely professionals.

System wasn't working. I arrived the next day from my summer home. My daughter was here. Now she is back home.

Alex was fantastic. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything so I could understand. I was afraid with the first weekend of 100+ temps for the summer that HVAC services would be in the extreme price range to match the extreme temperatures. Desert Sun was very fair; Alex fixed my AC and made sure I would be protected going forward. This was the best experience I have ever had with any trade.

Their service tech was super nice and gave us honest information!! Emergency Air had tried to charge us $800 for a part wet don’t need. Thank you so much Desert Sun!!

I called them out we had no AC. They diagnosed the fan motor in the return was bad. They looked into any warranty on the motor, and found there was still time on the warranty. They arranged everything got the motor and all I paid was labor, saving me about $900.00 dollars. They are honest, you can trust them, they will work for you and save you money were they can. I highly recommend them.

Max did a great job today when he hooked up our Ecobee thermostat. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good installation and made sure everything was functional before he left. Very polite young man.

My mom is a 76 year old new widow fighting cancer. Her AC unit froze up in September and a technician came out to give her an estimate. He charged her $76.56 to tell her she needed a new motor, new coils, and a deep cleaning.
A friend she knew from church came to look at it later that day and sprayed it off with her hose and defrosted it, went inside, and turned it on. It's worked great every since.
I was going to just keep it to myself what a piece of scamming trash I thought this technician was but because this company just sent her a bill for $0.56, I'll be petty too and leave this review here so others know they have technicians trying to scam people into paying for parts and repairs that they DON'T NEED!! Shame on them.

I called about the AC unit not working properly.
I being out of state at this time found it very easy to set up a repair time.
Desert Sun was very professional, courteous and fixed my problem.
So glad they were able to get the issue solved.
Will definitely call them again if needed !!

I'm very impressed by the service we received this last Thursday. Called at 6 am and the technician arrived within the window of time allotted. 8am-Noon. Very polite, professional, seemed very knowledgeable, okay with silly wives questions, lol. He was courteous of our home, equipment, and property. He did such a great job that we signed a contract for a year. If we keep experiencing the same level of service we'll happily sign up for longer. Big "Thank you" to, I believe Alejandro was name. You sir are a valuable employee and a great positive representative of this company!!

This company will tailor their time to fit your schedule. The technicians are there when promised, and they are prepared to do your project. Our technicians have been kind, courteous and non- confrontational. The company has a program for maintenance that is very reasonable and helps with your heating and cooling budget, not to mention keeping any breakdowns to a minimum. I highly recommend Desert Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration.

We had technician Luke come out to check the system over before we leave for the summer. He was very friendly, professional needs.and knowledgeable, He answered all my questions and was very nice about it. We are glad we have Desert Sun for our heating and cooling needs.

The tech came when agreed. Greg was through, efficient and trustworthy. I am so pleased that Desert Sun did this work for me.

Be careful when contacting this company all they what is $$$ not to provide customer service. I tried to get them to come to my house they said it there would be a charge to come and give me a diagnostic on my unit. BEWARE. PS every company has expenses that's all about being in business. If you don't have expenses you're not in business. You can charge your customers with some of those expense's but don't expect them you pay for all your cost.

The technician came out stated the reason our ac was having a hard time keeping the house bellow 80 and the unit is only 2 years old. The tech said our blower motor was going bad and so was a fan. So it would be $1300 in parts and $500 in labor. We just got a second opinion by another company today and the tech found a piece of the panels insulation lodged in our blower motor . They pulled it out and fixed our panels insulation and bam $127 and our ac is fixed. Please beware and always get a second opinion. A 1.8k bill turned into $127. Please please get a second opinions.

Heat went out, so it's been chilly. Desert sun had an awesome response time! Max got my heat going in no time at all. He even inconvenienced himself to get a new air filter. He even put in for a new fan motor. Once approved Luke made his way out, and in no time at all had the fan replaced. Customer service and work performed were the quality you hope for! So glad to have these guys around to help with your heating and air needs! Awesome job, highly reccomend! 👏

Full replacement of our 3 ton AC/Heat Pump unit was diagnosed by Desert Sun service tech. Loss of refrigerant through hole in center of coil. Removal and installation were excellent and secondary technician arrived to assure thermostat and all controls were set up correctly. Wonderful experience and we now have an incredible new Rheem system that is warrantied for years to come. Highly recommend Desert Sun Heating and Cooling!!

Tech came out looked at my unit. Said I had a leak, but didn't know where???. Quoted a new unit for 7500- 9000. I asked if he could add refrigerant. Yes at $289/ lb. Didn't know how much I would need tho I asked if he could fix leak or i would only have been spending lots of money to just have it leak out. Again tried to just sell me a unit but price went to 9000- to over 10,000. I told him i needed second opinion, pd him $68. Called Scotts ac out of Coolidge, he fixed leak, added coolant & $607.50 later my ac was working. Pd no service chg or 4th of July holiday chg.

I just wanted to take time to give a huge shout out to Keith Q for everything he did to help my mother when her air conditioner when out. Not only did he diagnose it right away but made sure someone came out right away to replace the unit to ensure that she wasn’t without an air conditioner. His service was Second to None and very prompt in all that he did! Will not go anywhere else!!!! Great job sir!

I have called on Desert Sun Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration numerous times and at odd hours of the day or evening they have made time in there busy schedule to come out and help us out in a jam or to provide a service. Good people, recommended.

Keith was the on call tech. My A/C stopped working around 7 pm and he was out quick with an idea of what was wrong before he even arrived. Quick diagnosis and had it fixed within about 30 minutes of showing up. Professional, friendly, and top notch service.
