I called Al and Riley's when my heat went out. The HVAC system was blowing cold air instead of warm air. They came out immediately even though I was not previously a customer of theirs. They did diagnostic tests to find out what was wrong and did the necessary repair. I had heat again before they left. I am very pleased with this company and will be using them in the future. I highly recommend them.

I called today and they had a same day opening available for me! They called before arrival to verify I was available, showed up right away and the service technician, Cruz Benavides, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The service provided was outstanding, I will definitely recommend to friends & neighbors.

As a Mobile RV technician I can not stock parts for every possible repair. When a client needed a specific part for an air conditioner repair and none were available the folks at Al & Riley provided a solution that worked well. My client needed the repair quickly. They didn't have the exact part I needed. instead of telling me to order one, or send me elsewhere looking, their technicians came up with a solution! I was very impressed with the effort they put into helping me help my client.

Had trouble with my AC unit. Called, they responded within 2hrs.Javier was professional, courteous and friendly. Unit is 20 years old. I had expected the worst. Unit was repaired quickly, cost was reasonable. Would use them again. I would highly recommend them, you can not go wrong. Would wish all service companies were this good.

Danny did a thorough job explaining every purpose and the reason for each test and inspection he made. I was not with him through the whole process to check on his work but to learn and understand my system. He gladly explained the equipment and how each part of system worked. I was very impressed with his service, demeanor and personable attitude. Definately a 5 star grade. A job very well done!

Great job today with prompt response. My concern is with the motor that was replaced today. Why would a motor that you replaced 7 months ago go out? As you know you’ve been back to my house many times. First to replace my furnace,. Then to try to repair it by replacing most of the parts. Including two new cooling coils and now 2 cooling fan motors. It’s beginning to be very hard to be a loyal customer. I’m just saying.

I’m really impressed with Desert Sun staff! My phone calls were returned promptly, everyone was courteous and friendly. John, came in to give me a quote and was very thorough checking the duct work, he even showed me pictures to explain the extent of the repair needed. The quote was ready the next day, my repair was done the same week! The young men doing the work were friendly and cleaned up after they finished. Also, they showed me pictures of the completed work! 😊👍🏼

Techs honesty, how through tech was, pricing was ok. He left me wanting more work from him. .

My new A/C unit of only 1 year decided it wanted to shut off and not restart after a power outage. I called the installer and of course everything worked for him. 10 days later the A/C cycled off like normal and then would not cycle back on. This time I called Desert Sun and they did a more thourogh inspection fo the unit and found the drain pans were full and drain lines partially blocked, then he checked coolant level and found it to be low. I agreed to have him charge the unit to normal levels and then he did a thourough inspection of the unit for leaks and did not find any. He then turned the power on and Wala! It started working again. I do not remember the young mans name but he was great with talking to me about everything he was checking and handling the questions that I had from my research on the internet. yes i am one of those! He was very nice and professional.

Desert Sun did a very good job for us. The appointment took a little while but they got our AC fixed quickly on a 115 degree day. Greatly appreciated. Fair pricing and good services. We will use and recommend them. Special thanks to Jonathan and Jose!

I had an air conditioner break down. The part need to repair the unit was no longer in the manufacturer's inventory and we were facing the cost of replacing the entire unit vs. buying an inexpensive part.
The staff at Desert Sun spent the time to contact a variety of distributors, etc. outside of their normal scope and found a suitable part and got us back in cool air.
I'm not sure most companies would go to this length to save a customer some money.

They came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Despite it being a simple problem with the disconnect to the condenser, they went and performed diagnostics on the system to ensure there were no other problems all for the charge of the service call. Also had them come out at a later date and do a maintenance check. They resolved a problem I had been having for a while with my AC not cooling efficiently. Got it fixed quickly for a reasonable price. Works so much better.

I've used Desert Sun a couple times now and have been always been satisfied with the quality of work. I'd recommend them to anyone. Our last visit was on a Saturday, during the blazing hot summer, when our AC started to fail. The tech came out within a couple hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. No nonsense, good quality, honest workmanship. I happily give them 5 stars!

I called Desert Sun for a warranty repair on my mini-split unit they installed in June 2018. I was pleasantly surprised that they could send a technician that same morning. He called when he was about 20 minutes away to alert me to his arrival...I really like it when vendors do this as part of their customer service. He checked the unit and found a coolant connection had a very very small leak and the repair required a tightening of the connection and coolant recharge. The service call and repair was covered under their warranty so $0 charge...perfect!! I am totally satisfied with the unit they installed and now also with the prompt and professional follow up service!! Great business operation to have as partners for me in AC for the hot AZ temperatures.

Professional and knowledgeable. I called to get an estimate for a new A/C split unit put in and they had a very nice gentleman out the very next day. He provided a quote by email that same day. I was able to accept the quote online and got the install crew in just a few days. These guys worked really hard the whole day and got our old unit out and our new unit in and pumping out ice cold air throughout our entire house. No unnecessary damage was done to our home and they walked us through the new units operating systems. Also, we got a really good warranty. Can’t thank the entire team of staff enough for all their hard work and professionalism.

The technicians, Greg and Keith, arrived at the scheduled time. They introduced themselves. They were both professional, polite and knowledgeable. They took their time and answerd all my questions. I highly recommend their company.

This company has always been there for us when needed this time we replaced the entire unit and in the heat of Arizona they worked in teams going in and out of the attic to get the job done for our comfort let me add also that I will continue to be a loyal customer of desert sun

We were dealing with a home warranty company trying to get the air conditioner fixed or replaced at the house. After 5 days and finally getting some money for a repair we contacted Desert Sun and they were able to set up an appointment to get people out to our house the next morning and get the air conditioner installed quickly. All of their staff were very friendly and courteous as they laid down tarps and swept up after themselves. They were very patient as well with all of my questions and concerns. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their air conditioner worked on.

We had a great experience with Desert sun heating and cooling. Our AC was having issues blowing out Cold air. We called around they not only had the best price to have an inspection done but they also got us in right away without having to wait weeks. The AC inspector was very nice and professional. He went over and sent over all the numbers from his findings and told us what would need to be replaced. We had to have a part replaced that he had on the work truck. It took him less then 20 minutes and he was finished. Took payment and was on his way. It was fast, efficient and when we get our AC replaced we will be calling this company! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
