Did a good inspection as far as I know, but we have a 2 zone heat pump and the technician left one zone on heat and the other zone on a/c running at 61 degrees when the outside temp was 65. He did not return our system to the settings we had before he started.

Great job from start to finish. Always take very good care of us. We recommend Al & Riley’s to everyone!

Al and Riley ‘s has been my go to AC repair for the past 24 years I have lived here. They are always accurate and never leave me hanging. Always knowledgeable and when they work on the unit they keep me informed.
Today I called to have them come look at the unit that keeps shutting off and on. It is now 111 degrees out. The office told me someone would be here between 1-5. ( it was 1:13 pm) within 15 minutes the tech Danny was here. Amazing.
He diagnosed the problem. A part will need to be ordered. I am sure it will be here asap. And I have already received 2 emails confirming the work done and what will be coming next.
I will never go to another company. Al and Riley’s is the best for me.

Repairman Jaime was efficient and knowledgeable . Service charge was reasonable. I am concerned that I was charged $273.00 for a thermostat Pro T701 that can be bought on Amazon for $60.00 and took 5 minutes to install. I may dispute this charge if I don't get a reply.

We had our ac unit replaced a couple of years ago by Al & Riley's. Of course our old unit broke in the summer. They were promt, honest and fairly priced. They walked us through our options and helped us pick a unit that would best work for our home. We have noticed that our house stays at a constant temperature without the new unit running 24/7 even in the hottest part of summer. Our last unit never kept up and rarely shut off in August and September. They come out 2 times a year and for a check up and make sure its ready for the next season. The employees are friendly and professional. All that said, my favorite thing is that they are locally owned.

Great service technicians, Javier was knowledgeable, timely and professional. All the technicians we have had were great and they make scheduled maintenance a breeze with text alerts and a photo of the person to expect at your door. Super cool.

To include the great servicing of my AC/Heat Pump, I requested an estimate to improve my air flow to my kitchen. Rob offered to provide an estimate the next day and the work was done the following day. Talk about getting the job done! I am impressed with the quality, efficiency, and professionalism. I would highly recommend for minor and major services.

Albert and Ramon showed up as scheduled, courteous and friendly. Explained what they were going to do then jumped right on it. It was a lengthy project but not dilly dally, cleaned up area when finished, explained the bill, which was less than anticicpated. Said we would be e-mailed a copy of the invoice in short order which we were, and they were gone. We have been extremely happy with their maintenance inspection program for several years and their personnel.

This company was awesome! They showed up on time, worked very efficiently to assess my heating/cooling system and perform any necessary service. All at a reasonable cost. They will be my go-to in the future!

Friendly and polite. Explained and answered all my question. Hell even my Heelers were good with them. I haven’t received the bill yet. That will be when the technician comes this afternoon to do the winter inspection. The bill was within market standards

JR was able to arrive early and started right away. This was not a unit they installed. He opened it up and checked everything. He explained what needed to be done with pictures. He added a pee trap under the house on the A/C pipe NOT done by original installer. He fixed a problem with the heater's gas line that could have been a serious problem NOT correctly done by the original installer. I thank God for the honesty, integrity and thoroughness of Al & Riley's!!!!!

As always, Al & Riley's provides EXCELLENT service. A service tech (J.C.) was at my house this morning.
They are prompt, professional, thorough, and fair. I had them install a completely new system about three years ago. Since then, I've signed up for their maintenance plan where they come out twice a year and inspect, clean, and just give the A/C, filter intake, and thermostat a full check-up. They remove the outer panels of the unit on my back patio and hose out the interior, or blow out the dirt with a mini-blower. He checks all the wiring and pressures to make sure everything is running as it should.
You really can't go wrong with Al & Riley's!

J.C. arrived on time after calling ahead on the morning of my appt. He changed my filter and performed the service the heat pump with no issues. He was professional and friendly. I'm very pleased with Al & Riley's.

Outstanding service call from Noah. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He discovered a burnt contractor coil that would have failed very soon. Performed the 6 month preventive maintenance service and tested the complete AC system. Highly recommended service from Al & Rileys!!

Work benches with sheet metal tops made by Al & Riley’s. Toby is an awesome sheet metal worker. This is the 3rd job he has done for me.

Technician arrived on site quickly. He spoke with me for a moment or 2 while gathering information on what was the problem. He quickly went about troubleshooting the system and in short order came back with picture of what the matter was. When I told him I approved the work he went about his work and was very professional about it. He was very pleasant and informative. I felt comfortable that he solved the problem.
