Hero AC was great. I called at 730am and Thomas and Derek were at my house by 11. Quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me what was failed. Ordered the part and had it fixed early the next morning. Great communication and very speedy considering it’s the middle of summer in AZ!

Was having issue with the ac, Sam came out and replaced a part the next day and got us working again. Great service, great communication and nice to deal with.

Truly my Hero! Sunday evening on 3 day weekend discover our cooling system failed. Returned call early next morning and had repaired way before noon. Getting set up on maintenance program with these folks. Score for the good guys!

A few days ago my A/C unit stopped working. I called two different companies to inspect and repair or replace. After, what appeared to be through inspections, both companies determined I needed a new unit. The cost was $8500 to $15000.
That’s when I determined to find a local contractor that would be willing to repair my unit and found HERO AC & HEAT LLC. It turns out my problem was the main air duct had collapsed and completely restricted air flow. Something the other companies failed to notice. These guys were very professional and fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost.
If you’re having A/C issues, my advice is to get at least three estimates and be sure to include HERO. This small (local) company is founded on the principles of honesty and integrity first. I can’t endorse them highly enough.
