I was impressed with the service Hero AC & Heat provided today. They set up my appointment, arrived on time, and talked to me at each step. What impressed me the most were the pictures and videos they showed me of my unit, and them doing the work. They showed me the new packages and supplies they used. The price was fair. At the end of their service calle, they showed me a way to cool down the hot front bedroom. I highly recommend them!

Sam and all of the crew at Hero A/C are super responsive and always go out of their way to give you informed advice and options . He is extremely honest and trustworthy. 10/10 no need to go anywhere else!

I just have a AC Condensation line replaced. Thomas with Hero AC & Heat is a wonderful technician! He was here within the given time. Very professional and courteous. Inspected the attic, took pictures and explained in detail the issue and the procedure to fix it. The price was reasonable and the work was very efficient.

Our office called and scheduled for someone to come out to check our AC unit after multiple patients praised this company. Hero AC came out gave us a quote and had the whole unit replaced in a day of their first visit! Very reasonable pricing and simple as could be with OUT interrupting patient care. I contacted Hero AC & Heat at midnight, and to my surprise, they answered right away! Victor and his father arrived at my house by 5 AM and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my unit. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the entire process.
I’m beyond grateful for their quick response time and how efficiently they resolved the issue, my AC was back up and running in less than five minutes! Despite having a fully booked schedule, they still found time to help me at 5 am, before their day officially started.

Definitely 5 star service. I called after hours on a Thursday night, they were at my home Friday morning. They inspected the system, showed me what was wrong, and gave me options. Went with a new system and couldn't be happier. We've had terrible experiences with other companies over the years. These guys are fantastic.
