The technician, Juan was very thorough with our Fall maintenance check. He was knowledgeable about the features of our older system and helped patiently with how to program the thermostat. He provided friendly service with a sincere desire to serve our needs.

Extremely professional and kind. Came out quickly and got my AC unit working well. Reasonably priced. The young man who came out was highly professional, very efficient and made us feel comfortable. He took the time to explain things and answered questions. Will definitely call again!

Great customer service as always. Austin was amazing. He was able to fix my a/c issue quickly and even changed the air filter for me. The pricing was very fair too. I highly recommend Al and Riley's.

CRUZ, did an excellent job on my house & my Villa rental. So far he has done the best inspection of any one else. I would like him to do all of my future inspections. He was very thorough & even found the small freon leak that no one else could find. I highly recommend him & you should be proud to have him as a dedicated employee.

Prompt arriving at appointment. Checked unit for issues, did complete service. Offered and I approved for him to reroute some existing wiring and added some drain piping for no additional charge. Also took time to explain how my air conditioner and electric furnace operated as well as how my thermostat worked. Very happy with his knowledge and the time he spent explaining items.

Albert was very professional and told us how everything checked out. He also had pictures of everything and shared with us the information on how our system is working. We are very pleased with the service that Albert did.

Service man called ahead, showed up at the time he indicated and quickly diagnosed the problem--had it fixed and total unit serviced within an hour. Courteous and very friendly-great to do business with a Company like this.

2*I'm updating my score to a 5.0 overall. This company has really stepped up to the plate. First off, they answer their phones until at least 5 pm and then they have an after hours hotline. This is so important. This company is by far the best.

Cliff Kinser is a man of his word. He is old school and works with a hand shake. I so appreciated his time and visit. It tells me this company is for real.

They came out and replaced the tin that goes from the house to the unit. It looks really professional and I appreciate them doing this. My unit blew a breaker and I called the office at 2:30 pm, on Friday. They had a tech out before 3:30 pm to troubleshoot the problem. The tech replaced the breaker and everything was back to normal by 4:30.

I can't thank this company enough, all the way from April the secretary, to the tech, to Cliff for him running a good honest company.

They were quick to come out and replace our HVAC, which we appreciate very much. The price seemed a little bit high but not outrageous. Overall, we like this company. They've been good to us.

The install crew were fast to install and they were good guys. My only complaint was that they left some garbage that they should've pick-up and didn't put things back they way they found it. Also, their workmanship on installing the tin from the house to the new unit was terrible. So I spent an hour picking up after them, replacing the cover to the cable box and adding several screws to the tin they tried to install. Overall, I would give them a score of around 3.8-4.0 out of 5.0.

Their Techs that come out to inspect and service the units are extremely polite and patient. They explain everything very well, from our experiences anyways. Their Service Plans are extremely high, $220 for their Fall and Spring visits. I would give their Techs and Office staff a 4.8. Their Service Plans I would give a score of 0.0 out of 5.0, absolutely terrible price!

Noah was the BEST. His customer service is impeccable!!!
He explained every step of the way and the estimated costs along the way. He identified the problem quickly, accurately, and professionally. His experience and knowledge I very much appreciated.😊 AND I am so happy to have heat again!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Noah is very personable and knowledgeable about the repairs needed and the products the company sells. He is very polite and respectful. Young man with old school work ethic. Don’t see that very often.

Our HVAC system had to be completely replaced. Chris and Michael were beyond professional. They handled the job with efficient and expeditious expertise. Would refer this company to anyone in the Southeast Florence area.

For a schedule service inspection, Santiago was on time, friendly, professional and worked quickly to inspect / test my unit. He communicated the general health of my system and discovered potential deterioration of some ducting and submitted info for a replacement cost estimate. Very happy with the service from Al & Riley’s.

Cruz does great work. He is very professional and easy to talk with. He answers all my questions and respectful. Al & Riley has been servicing my HVAC for the past seven years. Highly recommend them.
