Riley showed up and promptly diagnosed the issue on our dryer and had us fixed up in no time. This is the second time I've used Appliance Works and they've come through for us quickly both times. Riley was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use for future repairs.

Riley came out as scheduled and quickly diagnosed both issues we were having with our built in Fridge/Freezer. Fixed both issues and showed his work! He even slightly over-estimated the cost as he explained what the issues were. it was a refreshing experience all around, especially when the total due was ~$30 less than his estimate! Will use Appliance Works Cave Creek Appliance Repair again when something else comes up.

Javon came out in a timely fashion at the time of day that was most convenient to me and diagnosed the problem on my dryer.
He had to get the part and return the next day to fix it. He handled my curious dogs kindly and fixed the problem promptly. I was very happy.

First visit was with Steve, whose diagnostics revealed a part needed ordering. Second visit was with Riley, who took apart the entire face of the freezer to install the part- which didn’t fix the problem.Since he new it was a bigger problem, he reinstalled my old part and put freezer back together. A few days later Riley came back and installed a new motherboard for the whole unit- which solved the no water/ ice problem. He said the refrigerator needed a brain transplant! Very nice guy- jovial and upbeat and knew how to fix the problem. Definitely would hire this company again!

Riley was absolutely fantastic. He was suppose to install a new disposal because mine was broken. When he examined my disposal he saw that it was still under the manufacturer's warranty and provided me with the information to contact them to get a new unit for free. Such honesty and helpfulness is not often seen. I applaud Riley.

Great small business! Was scheduled for an appt fairly quick - Matt, the appliance tech, communicated well, was friendly and knowledgeable - diagnosed, then retuned the following week with the parts, and repaired the innards of our old dryer! Great service - recommended!

This company and their technician Matt T was incredible. They reacted to my situation promptly and professionally. Matt was polite, understanding and very supportive of my needs. Without his expertise it could have resulted in a high loss of medications that required refrigeration for myself and my pet. I would whole heartedly recommend both this company and Matt T.

Javon was an excellent serviceman in our home! He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my issue, a blown fuse, got a replacement and helped me understand the issue before leaving. We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Appliance Works: Cave Creek Appliance Repair in fixing a problem with our refrigerator. The appointment was easy to make via their office and our technician, Edwin was superb. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We would have no hesitation in using them again for any future appliance repair needs.

Very very impressed from the initial call when our GE frig lost a fan and quite cooling in the fresh food sections. Also impressed with Steve's professional focus and attitude as he diagnosed the issue and laded out the fix. He put everything back together and had us operating quickly again. Riley is personable, professional and was really down to earth. He arrived in the scheduled window and was able to fix the issue with the ice maker dispenser. Wonderful experience! So happy to have an office so close.

Riley was great. He thoroughly went over everything and fixed our ice maker. He explained the problem, and that we might need a new one at some point. The cost was very reasonable. We'll definitely use them again. Glad they have opened an office in the Carefree area.

Chris is Awesome as always! Very Friendly extremely knowledgeable in Appliance repair. This is the first time we've every had to replace a part and it was reasonable in price and fixed the issue we were having. All the other times he has been able to complete any repairs without additional costs. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris and Appliance Works. We are so Grateful we found them. I'd give them 10 Stars if I could!

Cristina is very knowledgeable. The most polite Appliance person I've ever had. She was so amazing and I referred her to someone else in my neighborhood. They were very impressed. Also, I put her on my preferred vendor's list, which I share with my neighbors. Anytime I have any problems with my appliances, Christina is who I will ask for. Christina is a great reflection on Appliance works. You're lucky to have her!

I chose Appliance Works due to the outstanding reviews to work on various appliances in our new home. We needed service on Dacor ovens, a Thermador gas range, and an ancient Scotsmen ice maker. Got a quick appointment and Riley showed up promptly. He immediately grasped what was going on with everything and was able to diagnose issues and take care of them. This happened as we're chatting away, enjoying each other's company. Tip: If you're in the Cave Creek/Carefree area hire them, they have a local office. Riley also likes good coffee too!
