Appliance Works was quick to respond, order a replacement part, and install it in a couple days. Our tech Riley was great, easy to work with and prompt for his appointments. First time customer, and I will definitely count on them for any future issues.

We had an excellent experience with Javon from Appliance Works! He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Our Washer stopped working, and Javon diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. My dryer was making terrible sounds so I called Appliance Works and got an appointment very quickly Riley came out and knew the likely cause and had all of the required parts available He was competent, courteous and very knowledgeable. He came early in the time window quoted and completed the work meticulously. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and Riley for appliance repair work.. You won't be disappointed!

Riley provided a quick, accurate diagnosis and repair to our clothes dryer. He's also a very interesting guy and fun to chat with while he completed the repair! I will ask for him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

Our repair guy Steve was great , he had to make a trip back with parts but we were kept informed and updated all the way through the process. The end result was our microwave was repaired and there were no surprise charges. Very happy with everything from scheduling through completion.

Javon was a great repairman. He fixed my laundry machine and double checked for other issues that it might have before starting his repair. He then ran tests and double checked to ensure it was working properly after his repair. Price was fair for the repairs and parts needed. When your fridge stops working, chock full of newly purchased groceries, you’re up against the clock and want quick and reliable service. I found just that with Appliance Works (and Edwin)! Never having needed appliance repair since moving here six years ago, I turned to Yelp, Google, and Nextdoor looking for recommendations. I poured through numerous ratings for Appliance Works and figured I’d give them a try.

Edwin was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, made arrangements to swing by after getting the necessary part first thing in the morning. Upfront he told me the total costs, and offered to not charge until completion the following day. He returned and repaired the fridge with ease. I will definitely use them again if needed!

Riley came to my home to fix a Samsung dryer that wasn't working. He identified the problem in minutes and dismantled the machine efficiently to show me the problem, then replaced a bad part with a new one. The dryer worked. The price was good and the service excellent. Riley was not only knowledgeable and fast, but was a delight to talk to. Excellent service. Arrived on time and was very helpful. Although the appliance was "frozen" and unable to be repaired at the time, we were advised what steps to go through to get it running again and if that doesn't work, who to contact for a replacement from the company. Riley, in Carefree, was very informative and helpful and we will definitely call him again if we have trouble with another appliance or if this one does not start running correctly again!

Riley was great! He communicated the situation with our washing machine, explained that the repair was electrical related would consist of replacing at least two circuit boards, and there was no way to know exactly if that would fix it. He was very honest and thorough when he explained it. He said it would probably make more sense to replace the unit than repair it, but he could do whatever we wanted. I appreciate the honesty and the professional service he provided. He is a great asset to the company and we would use your company again and request Riley to do our service.

This was the first time I used Appliance Works and I will be using them again and telling my friends about them. Riley just went above (had to get on a ladder)and beyond repairing my stackable washer and dryer and they were not the easiest to work on in a tight space. Riley knew immediately, after looking at the refrigerator, what the issue was (circuit board) and replaced the board with a new one.
