We have been working with Appliance Works for a number of years. This review is for another 5 star wonderful experience. Edwin was our service tech. Friendly, professional and on time. Advance communication when on his way…always appreciated.

The gas stove is a top of the line KitchenAid Superba….or at least it was 23 years ago! Interior glass panel cracked. Was concerned the part would not be available…fortunately it was. Prompt return visit with panel. Looks like new. Fair pricing. Somewhat complicated repair…do not DIY this!

Finally…I don’t recommend using the “self cleaning” feature…it overheats your stove and causes lots of problems….like broken glass panels!

The repairman new exactly what the problem was and in a few minutes the cause. Talked me out of expensive repairs due to the extreme age of the washer. Very friendly, cheerful and seemed to really know his stuff

I have been using Appliance Works for years for my appliances. They have repaired my washer and dryer several times, told me the honest truth when the dishwasher was not worth repairing and repaired the microwave when I thought for sure it was a goner. Riley and Steve are super nice technicians. Great company with reasonable pricing.
