I have been a very happy customer for 2 years now. They truly do excellent work and care about their staff as well as their customers. I am new to owning a pool, so when I have questions, they are always very helpful. I highly recommend!

Timely replies to my questions and requests along with top notch, reliable service. Rarely do I not have to micro manage a vendor, but with McCool’s my landscape and pool maintenance are on cruise control.

My neighbor and I both had to fire this company. They do not show up 90% of the time. When they do show up their work is terrible. When I was finally able to get the owner of the company to show up he couldn’t believe they had been there that morning. After many apologies they promised to come back and fix my yard the very next week with a large crew. They didn’t show up. This company is completely incompetent.

As a new resident in Arizona Steve and his team have provided excellent service to us. They have gone out of their way to accommodate our schedules and to explain the systems in place and recommendations for enhancements.

Great job on filter cleaning. Brian spent a good deal of time making sure the pool was in good shape for the summer. Reset my pump timer for more accurate cleaning time. Thanks. Will use again for service

Brian came out with his landscaping crew and did a great job. There was a huge load of gravel to wheelbarrow to the front and back yard. They worked like busy bees and were done in no time. The team was very friendly and courteous.

Always provides great service, we’ve been with this company for years. We trust them with to manage our pool, very responsive and always on time.

We cannot rave enough about Steve and the team! They have brought our pool back to life with their expertise, mindful attention, and amazing detail! Their quick response to our questions or issues is what makes them out do all the competition!

After a year and going through 4 different landscaping companies in that time I finally called McCools.
You would find it hard to believe if I ran you though the sheer muppitry of those other landscaping people so I I won't.
I only wish I had taken before photo's of our embarrassing yard prior to McCools coming yesterday.
As amazed as we have been with those others we are equally amazed with the job McCools did yesterday.

Steve and his team have always been professional and responsive to any concerns we have had. He took over our pool from a company who couldn’t keep it clean and we’re raising their rates. They haven’t had any issue with keep the pool clean and they are charging less than our prior company was before their rate increase. Highly recommend

Well, after searching the pool service websites, I finally found the perfect pool maintenance company everyone would need & want. McCool Pools & Home Management LLC!!!

After 10 years with my old pool service provider, I felt a need to change providers. McCool Pools stepped up to the plate & delivered the results that I would expect from a highly touted pool service provider. They walked me thru all the steps of pool cleaning, pool sweeping and they handled the chemical part of the pool cleaning tasks. ( I tried it myself several years ago & my pool turned in to a green lagoon)😄

After the 1st phase, it was time to visit the pool filter. I had an old sand filter that was ready to go out any day. McCool Pools recommended a new cartridge filter and they walked me thru all the benefits of converting to a cartridge filter and I am so happy & satisfied we did. (Peace of mind) Priceless!!!

With all the professional attention & service provided thru McCool Pool & Home Management LLC, my wife & I can now peacefully enjoy lounging in the back yard poolside, enjoying cocktails and do what I do best! Relaxing!

After all, shouldn't this be what life was intended to be? 🇺🇸

I hired Steve McCool to take over pool service at my house as I wasn't happy with the former companies billing system. It was good timing because my pool motor and pump died right before I called him. Steve replaced the old equipment within a week and got the pool back in running order. Billing went on a credit card and communication was easy.

Steve is a knowledgeable professional who quickly assisted us with repairs to our pool after moving into a new home. Further, he took the time to explain how best to care for our "new" pool. Job well done and more than fair pricing.

We’ve had McCool Pools as our pool service provider since we moved to Cave Creek. Coming from Chicago, I had no idea how to use or maintain our pool. Met Steve and Brain the owners of McCools Pools about 3-4 months ago. The McCools Pools have been extremely polite and very professional with all the services they have been providing. My wife and I rented a home in N. Scottsdale for four months this winter. We had the pleasure of dealing with McCools several times as the owner of the house needed to have the entire pump, heater etc replaced. McCools did superb work and always walked us through what they were doing, showed up on time, were very professional and knowledgeable.
Steve (one of the owners) made a special visit when the new heater failed because he knew our niece & nephew were in town and wanted to swim while on spring break. That is 10000% professional and honestly just plane cool, what else would you imagine from a guy named McCool :-). Thank you Steve and crew for being awesome!

We have used many pool service companies over the years and Steve at McCools Pools is above and beyond the very best! We have an older pool pump and Steve is always outstanding at helping us to get the most mileage out of our existing pump. His repair work and service fees are always very reasonable in cost and top notch quality. We will have to replace our pump in the near future, but will do so with great confidence in using McCool's pools. Thank you Steve for the continued outstanding service!!

McCool’s Pools is exceptional! Their team is very professional and efficient when servicing our pool. The additional services they provide with window cleaning and power washing our patios and furniture before we arrive always exceeds our expectations! We are incredibly happy with their services and will continue to use them.

If there was a no star that is what McCools would be getting from us. They are absolutely horrible. We have continued to have issues with this company but since we live the majority of the time in Seattle we have continued with them. As of today no longer. We purchased a variable speed pump from them $2,600.00 in November 2024 it is now January 2025 and it still has not been installed. We put our trust in them to take care of our pool. We arrived last night and got up to see our pool a disaster. McCools were being paid weekly to come take care of our pool. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Had Mccool’s pools since I moved here in 2017. No issues with pool or equipment installation. Owner always very friendly, responsive, and service reasonably priced. Would continue to use them if I remained in the area.
