I recently hired cactus Valley electrical for a major electrical panel upgrade and some new outlet installations in my home. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, due in large part to their electrician, Angel Morales.

Angel is the epitome of a professional. He arrived on time, was incredibly polite, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process before even picking up a tool. His knowledge of the electrical code and modern safety standards was immediately apparent.

The work itself was flawless. Angel was meticulous, clean, and efficient. He treated my home with respect, laying down drop cloths and cleaning up perfectly after the job was done. He also identified a potential issue with an old wire that I was completely unaware of and fixed it before it could become a hazard, which I truly appreciate.

What truly sets Angel apart is his customer service. He is patient, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and his pricing was fair and transparent with no hidden surprises.

I cannot recommend cactus Valley electrical highly enough, and I will specifically be requesting Angel Morales for any future electrical work. If you need a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy electrician, look no further. Five stars without a doubt.

Our kitchen area flooded due to a pipe break. We needed needed electrical done that is related to the flood repairs. Since our kitchen was torn up due to flooding we decided to replace the kitchen lighting. We are in the middle of the electrical work and what was needed to fix our has been done so we can complete the flood repair. The lights will be replaced in a week. We had our power box replaced because it was old and would start to have issues in the next year. We are happy with the service Joe Brooks did. He worked last night from 5 to 7 pm so we could continue the kitchen work and was here at 6:15am to replace the power box and add a surge protector.

Cactus Valley Electrical came to my rescue immediately. I had a water heater that needed a whip to be hooked up correctly. The technician Angel took good care of everything. He was knowledgeable and very polite. I totally recommend Cactus Valley Electrical.

After a not so great experience with another electrical company that was rated highly, my expectations were admittedly low for this company, but I was wrong.

Joe and Emilio were punctual and got to work quickly. Joe took a lot of care in explaining what alternatives I could do from the quote I received from the prior company and what could be done instead that made the most sense. Saved me a lot of time and money.

This company is a joke. If you talk with a person named J.A. K E he will tell you that he’s the owner of the business, but he really isn’t. He subcontracted my entire house and made over 80 holes to do electrical and also cut into my 2x4 in my ceiling in three spots. They deleted my other post. They pay people in order to give them five star reviews. They didn’t even do the correct work look at the pictures. I had to hire another company in order to finish their work

I had an amazing experience with Cactus Valley. They upgraded my electrical panel to current standards and worked seamlessly with APS. They’re a top notch company. Aaron and Angel did an amazing job. Answered any questions I had and made sure everything was ready. I highly recommend Cactus Valley for ANY electrical needs you may have.

I bought a home built in the 70s and someone flipped it. While flipping it, it appeared they ran electrical in the basement and were probably not (most likely not) certified to do so as the boxes were metal and not grounded correctly and there was not a breaker added for the extra rooms and each rooms electrical jumped off the closest upstairs electrical line in no particular order.
The first electrician that came out from your company said he did not have the correct tools and felt this would be a longer problem as he was trying to fit me into a day that was almost over and that you would have to send out another electrician.
The next electrician that came out was very knowledgeable and helpful. He found the issue and fixed it within an hour.
Everyone I dealt with was curious, kind, friendly, helpful. You’re running a great business. I also appreciated that when your first employee was not positive , he walked away and brought someone else the next day to finish the job so that it was done correctly and in a timely manner. The last thing I would have wanted was someone tinkering around not knowing what they are doing.
I will definitely call you all back if I need electrical help again. Hard to find the honest people these days, and this was clearly a honest company.

Highly recommend Cactus Valley! Angel did a wonderful job for us. He was thorough, respectful of our home, and very friendly. We had a bit of an odd situation but Angel was diligent and got us all fixed up. We will be sure to use Cactus Valley in the future!

Austin came out to reattach our electrical panel. He had srp lined up and ready to go. It only took 30 minutes or so and it’s fully secured. Didn’t even miss having power, it was do quick. Definitely recommend him for any job you need.
