Ron, the person came to my home within an hour to my call. There were several issues to my lighting switch in bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen. It took us a while to test many Inon switches and he told me that many of them just a easy self-fixing. I can’t imagine any electrician will try to save your money this way. What else I can say? An electrician like Ron is definitely a fortunate thing in your neighborhood. Strongly recommend to anyone which need help, as his ad” no job is too small” love it!

I had a job come up where I needed electrical advise. So I called and talked to the owner and he suggested setting one of his guys up to come out and look at my issue. His employee was on time and kept me in the loop of what was going on. They took care of my small job and everything worked perfectly!

It's a shame there are only 5 starts to provide- I give them all the stars. They were a recommended installer for an electric vehicle charger installation. They were always on time, communicated everything very promptly, and assisted with some hiccups (not their fault) with the permitting process in an incredibly supportive way. Michelle was always very informative at every step of the way, and even provided a nudge to me to complete my part in order to not have to start from scratch again.

If you have a close call between them and somebody else, CHOOSE Top Choice!

Normally, I wait to review a business until I’ve had several good or bad experiences with them. Everyone can have a bad day, or you get the owner on rotation and they excel in every way, etc. However, in Top Choice’s case, I’ll make an exception because they had multiple chances to fix a problem another company diagnosed and corrected in ten minutes.

Top Choice, with its claimed ‘tools, equipment, and parts needed to see your project through to completion,’ blamed a dead dryer on the machine. The machine is only a few years old and had been working perfectly since installation until is just went dark one day. This started a round robin of appliance service calls and back to them with pictures and proof that it was the outlet wiring that needed attention. No dice. Two electrical and two appliance service visits later, we had another electrical company come out. This guy diagnosed the problem straight off and had a workable solution immediately. How refreshing to have a company not pass the buck and leave the customer in limbo while you sneak off to your next over-priced service call. Top Choice obviously did not want the business. I will oblige.

Apparently, having “over 30 years of residential and commercial experience” does not prepare the techs with the skills necessary to deliver either good customer service or actually be able to fix anything but the most basic electrical issues. I’m skipping them moving forward. I recommend you do the same.

I called Top Choice Electric to have them trouble-shoot a GFCI outlet and a switched outlet. They arrived promptly. They were very professional and pleasant. They determined that the two outlets were operating normally. They didn't try to sell me parts or work that I didn't need. I highly recommend Top Choice Electric and I will continue to use their services.

I hired this company to install my Generation 3 Tesla car charger in my garage. I originally had the charger installed by a company called Mr. Electric who claimed they were experienced Tesla charger installers and they were not. Fast-forward 3 car chargerS later, due to faulty installs by the other electric company and I THANKFULLY finally found a company that actually knew exactly how to install my car charger and was able to correct the faulty installation by the above named company. I would highly recommend Top Choice to install your Tesla Generation 3 car chargers! The electrician was very professional and took pictures of the install, as asked by us and was extremely knowledgeable of Tesla car charger installations. Thank you!

I have an older home. Top Choice Electric replaced an outdated electrical panel for me last summer. At that time I was pleased with the prompt, professional manner of the electrician as well as the very fair price that I was charged. I used Top Choice to install my Tesla Wall Connector. Easy to get a quote from them via e-mail and pictures of my garage/electrical box.

I wish I could remember the man's name who did the install, but he called me 15 minutes before his arrival and he was about 10 minutes early to the time window I was given.

They both worked together as a team should. Very polite, listened attentively to what you had to say. They even helped me move things from under sink and on counter. It would have been previously moved out of their way, however our management failed to notify us they would be here today. And someone was suppose to be here a week ago when they did notify us and no one showed. Fault lies on management at Ardella.
And even though things weren't prepared for them they still were very kind and helpful about it.
They repeatedly checked and rechecked their work not just assumed it's fixed and leave. They did not they made SURE for a FACT that EVERYTHING was working properly.
I am truly grateful to both employees at your company.

Top Choice is on Tesla's list of approved electricians. I called and emailed them the required documentation and photos of where to install, and 3 days later they were able to squeeze me in for installation. I like how I can call and email someone directly at this company and they are quick to respond. I highly recommend using them for any Tesla wall connector installation purposes. Great job!

They installed a EV charger when I bought a Bolt. It was through a Chevrolet program so I didn't pay out of pocket. The program covers the installation of a 240v outlet, but I bought a Juicebox charger and Top Choice hardwired it and installed it for no extra charge. They also handled obtaining the city permit and even met with the city inspector for the inspection. Great service, very responsive and I'm completely satisfied!

Top Choice did the electrical work for a whole house generator and also performed the electrical work for my pool heater connection. Though the work was fairly involved, I found the crew to be very professional and, overall, some pretty good guys. Price was very fair for the work performed. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire again.
