Top Choice Electric installed my 220V outlet in my garage for my Tesla. Honestly I was quite nervous because the electric panel was on the other side of the house and the job required trench and conduit under my sidewalk. I have to say the guys did an excellent job and everything is back in place as if nothing happened. Excellent job. Definitely recommend.

Tesla wall connector installation: Amazing experience! The order process was extremely quick and they were ready to come out the next day to install it. They were very detailed on the estimate and came out on time. Victor, the electrician who helped us out, was perfect. Extremely nice and only took 30-45minutes. Anyone look to do a Tesla Home charging installation in AZ, come to this company.

The estimator was great and fast since I was on a time crunch. It was done over the phone and very accurate. The office person I talked to was very friendly. The tech was GREAT. Very though. EXPLAINED everything. Caught something major I did not know about. My only complaint is when it came time for exta work he could not give me a price. I had to get the work done, then wait for a new invoice from the office. I was nervous... BUT the price was fair. I am going to use them again to have new plugs installed in my garage. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Oh....they were also $1100 cheaper than another company that was going to charge me $3000.

From my initial contact with Top Choice, I knew I was dealing with a first rate business. They responded to my request about running a 240 line and installing a Tesla wall connector in a timely manner. They answered all my questions and provided a reasonable estimate. The work was scheduled promptly and completed as promised. The workmen helped me activate the account on my cellphone without my having to ask. I would highly recommend using Top Choice for any electrical projects.

We purchased a Tesla Wall Connector and reached out to several electricians for installation. Most were not responsive and another company asked for a bunch of information and pictures only to go radio silent on us. I get the impression that a lot of companies don't know how to install these after going through all of that. When I reached out to Top Choice they were very responsive, had an easy quoting process that made me feel comfortable that they knew what they're doing, and had our installation scheduled quick. Tyler showed up on time, knew exactly what to do, and walked me through everything when he was done installing it.

Really impressed with the professionalism and quality of Top Choice to get my pool heater powered up. The initial responsiveness of getting a fair quote was far better than any other company I spoke with. And the work done by Tyler and crew to trench around some obstacles was fantastic. They were friendly, prompt and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Top Choice sent over a crew to run a cable from my electrical box to the other side of the house for a mini-split to be installed. They were professional and fast! They ran the cable through my attic and the crew member who crawled through the very low attic space cracked off a piece of the carport ceiling as he was getting into the attic. Fortunately, he was okay! I'd known for a number of years that my carport ceiling needed some cracks fixed, but Top Choice very generously sent out a drywall guy who fixed the hole in the ceiling beautifully. I appreciate this company and plan to use them again.

Top choice electric was referred to me by Tesla to install the wall connector for home charging. It was quick and easy to get a quote from Top Choice. I did not shop around for price comparisons because the quote I got from Top Choice sounded comparable to what other Tesla owners said it cost them to install the wall connector. I did have to wait a couple weeks for them to get to me, but they came on memorial day as scheduled and the install took less than 2 hours. The wall connector has been working great, no issues!

Awful communication, terrible follow-up, no care for the customer. I schedule them for a quite a bit of post-home-purchase work to fix issues identified in the inspection - nothing too dramatic. One thing that was identified was breaker relabeling and some breaker replacement. The tech they sent out indicated that they'd need to come back out with APS because the cable wasn't quite long enough to do the work in the box. He indicated that they would be following up with me to schedule that. Months passed. After time I realized they'd not followed-up so I reached out. In this time period I also realized when I had to go out to check my breaker box that they had not labeled ANY of the breakers in either of my boxes. Checked my invoice - yep they had charged me. I can only presume that they would never had proactively reached out to me without me reaching out to them. When I did they communicated that the entire box would need to be replaced do the the shorter line going in - that's fine, but when were they going to communicate that to me? Presumably never. For the record, I spent a fair amount for them to perform the work they did--to the point where I felt a bit overcharged/taken advantage of. Regardless, the punchline with these guys is zero follow-up, poor communication, and worst of all, will charge you for work whether or not it is completed. To their credit, when I highlighted it, they did indicate they'll send someone out to complete the work, but that is only because I reached out to them after discovering the incomplete work I was charged for. I'll go elsewhere for electrical work in the future.

After I chose the wall connector option, I was able to schedule installation in two days and the overall installation was efficient with good quality. They got SRP out the same day to create their report, pulled permits, and had the work completed right on time. I really appreciate them prioritizing my job and understanding the stress I was under. I’ve used Top Choice twice now and highly recommend them. The electricians showed up early both times, were friendly and competent, and were pretty fast. This last time they were able to squeeze me in because the main breaker that controls my swimming pool went out and they didn’t want my pool to turn green. The whole experience felt like I was being helped by a friendly neighbor.

One of your drivers almost hit me by coming into my lane when I was right next to him. I don’t know why you would let just anyone drive these big trucks. Obviously he doesn’t know how to drive one. I was also in an accident last month so this really scared me.

Top Choice came out to install a spa circuit and additional power receptacle, did a fantastic job even though they had to trench through a tough rocky soil. Turned out great, and for the lowest price of all the quotes I received.

They aren't kidding when they call themselves "Top Choice Electric." I am absolutely astonished with how great of an experience I had with this company. When I was contemplating buying a Tesla I reached out to them based on a referral from another electrician who doesn't service my area. Carmen took my call and was exceptionally professional, kind, and straight forward. I sent her the email with pictures and the details she requested and she promptly provided me an accurate quote. Literally the next day she got me in via expediating the process by offering a Tesla charger they had on hand so that I didn't have to wait for one to be shipped to me directly. Now lets talk about the electrician who showed up, he was PHENOMENAL! He knew what he was doing, went above and beyond, and most importantly he was also kind and professional. Everything went perfectly and now I have a fully functioning (and safely installed) EV charger in my garage with a fantastic warranty. They somehow managed to deliver on all of this while still being very reasonably priced for the value. Think you can do it yourself or have a neighbor that can help you out? Think again, don't mess with high voltage electricity, leave it to the Top Choice!

I can’t give a better recommendation for an electrical contractor than Top Choice Electric. I would give 10 Stars if possible. They completely took care of every aspect of the installation, getting permit set up and equipment installed. The crew that showed up to install the our new electric panel and EV charger was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. These guys were extremely hard-working and efficient.

The Top choice crew was prompt. They got to work as soon as they arrived. Prepared my circuit panel to be removed as they waited for city inspector and SRP to remove Meter. After the meter was removed TP crew waisted no time in removing the old panel, removing some brick on the wall so the house wiring would reach a port on the new panel. All work was done efficiently and with care and neatness. The Meter was reinstalled and all was good.
