Extremely poor communication. They did ALL of our work improperly. Avoid this company by all measures.

I’ve had a great experience with Sonoran Breeze Pool Service. Finding a reliable pool company in Arizona that is professional, responsive, and actually takes pride in their work can be difficult, but these guys consistently deliver outstanding service.

They keep the pool looking crystal clear, stay on top of maintenance, communicate well, and always show up when expected. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and about taking care of their customers.

If you are struggling with a cloudy pool and every time you take a sample to the local pool supply store they tell you need to add yet ANOTHER chemical, stop wasting you precious time and money and call Sonoran Breeze Pools. After weeks of back and forth with testing, adding chemical,, testing, buying and adding more chemicals, testing (you know the cycle).... a flyer for Sonoran Breeze came in the mail...what a God sent. We decided to give them a try and could not be happier. They were responsive, easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. The technician Dakota was awesome, respectful of our property, and explained everything that needed to be done. We would definitely highly recommend Sonoran Breeze for service and maintenance.

We've been using Sonoran Breeze Pools for a full year now, and the experience has been excellent. As first-time pool owners, we had a lot to learn, and they’ve been incredibly patient and thorough in answering all our questions—never making us feel rushed or uninformed.
When parts break, they fix them promptly and don’t upcharge us, which is a rare and appreciated level of honesty. One standout moment was when we discovered our cartridge filters needed cleaning (something we hadn’t known about). They came out, explained the process, cleaned them, and did a marvelous job—and the cost was very reasonable.
If you're looking for a pool service that’s affordable, fair, reliable, and easy to work with, we can't recommend Sonoran Breeze Pools enough.

Luke showed up and immediately identified a problem. The symptoms were cut in half but he did not charge me. expecting a return service call from Luke and expecting the problem will be completely resolved.

I had a break in my underground pic pipes and left a message on Sunday. Luke from Down Under called me Monday, and was at my house early Tuesday morning. My pipes were repaired that day! We had even agreed on a fair price, but Luke found an additional broken pipe and repaired that as well with no additional charge.

Luke is not a pleasant person to deal with. Complains a lot! And has a very small work ethic

Luke is a master at caring for pools and truly a pleasant person to know. I am so thankful I found him in my frustrated search for a competent and reasonable service. He has a smaller route that he used to. If you're lucky, you will be in his boundaries. Don't hesitate to call him! You won't regret it!
