Blue mountain pool care has made maintaining the pool at my rental easy and efficient. No complaints and easy invoicing option.

Quite disappointed in this company. I had asked for them to come clean our filters and to give us a refresher on how to manage the pool since we have only been doing this for less than a year. The guy said he would throw in the education piece since he would already be at our house and that it would be $100. So, we hired them. They came out and did not even knock on the door, just went straight to the back yard. So, we met up with them there. they did take the filters out and clean them, but when they put it all back together, the gauge on the top of the filters was facing the house, so had to take that back off and straighten that out. Also, the education he gave was about 5 minutes and mainly just explaining what the pipes were. I was asking questions about adjustment for too high of CYA and various other issues we've ran into in keeping the water balanced and he gave pretty short answers. His demeanor was almost arrogant. Then, he bills me $100 for the filter clean and he charges me another $50 for the 5 minutes of education. At the time we were debating about whether we should drain the pool and wanted advice. When he was here, he said I wouldn't drain this pool, it's only a year old. We showed him the report from Leslie's of the numbers. He said there is no reason we shouldn't get at least another year out of it. So we went and got the CYA reducer ($80) and put it in. Also took another water sample down and sent that to him and the very next day he says his advice is to drain the pool. Ugh! We would not have bought the $80 CYA reducer if that was the route we were going to go. So frustrating. But more than anything, it just seemed he could have cared less and really would have preferred to just sell us his services. Definitely do not recommend that company. On the positive side, the filters did appear to be cleaned adequately.

Blue Mountain Pool Care has kept our pool looking clean and clear and ready to swim in. Tony has been reliable and thorough. Easy to communicate with them with problems/questions.

Blue Mountain is the second pool company I have used and the difference between the two is like day and night. Blue Mountain shows up every week and does all the things a pool company should do. I know exactly what they do each week because I can see them when they are here working but they can't see me due to the way my house is set up. They are always more than willing to answer any of my questions which is much appreciated and I know this can put them behind in their schedule but they willingly do it anyway with a smile on their face. Cost wise the monthly charge is very close to what I was paying the company that never swept the steps, love seat and walls. The previous company had excellent ratings but they didn't deserve them. You won't be disappointed with Blue Mountain Pools!!!

Our experience with. Blue Mountain Pool Care has been exceptional. The owner is responsive and always willing to do whatever he can to keep the pool running and looking crystal clear. Even if it’s a weekend call. They are truly the best!

Blue mountain does such an amazing job at a great price. Anytime i have had a problem to have been quick to jump on it. I have gone thru 4 different companies and this one is here to stay!

Blue Mountain Pool Care really lit up my life—literally! My pool lights were on the fritz, and these guys swooped in like the superheroes of the pool world. They replaced the transformer faster than I could Google ‘What’s a transformer, and why is my pool dark?’

From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, and so courteous that I half-expected them to apologize for my broken lights (which was totally not their fault). They kept me informed every step of the way, explaining things in terms even a pool-light rookie like me could understand.

And the pricing? Let’s just say I can still afford snacks for the pool party I’ll be throwing now that my backyard looks like a resort at night. If you’re looking for pool pros who know their stuff and won’t leave you in the dark, Blue Mountain Pool Care is the way to go!

Cliff and the Blue Mountain team are unmatched. They take excellent care of my pool, and teach me how to do anything little thing I might need to in between visits. They are knowledgeable, reliable and explain the work they’re doing without hesitation. They are priced very fairly and send you weekly reports of work and chemical consumption for transparency. The absolute best!!

Blue Mountain Pool Care is a great, reliable, and consistent pool care provider. We met with Cliff, the owner, after we had our new pool put in this past spring. Cliff was extremely knowledgable, honest, transparent, and friendly - there was no pressure to sell or anything. Cliff personally serviced our pool for a few months, and since then we've had Tony take over servicing it for them. Tony is on time, every week, and does a through review of our pool. With 2 very young kids, as you can imagine, chemical maintenance can be a little more important. We haven't had a single issue with our pool the entire time, and it's been sparkling and clean since day 1. They send an email summary after every single visit, including a picture of the pool, which is great piece of mind for when we've been away, etc.

I would 100% recommend Blue Mountain Pool Care if you're looking for reliability and good work. Not to mention, I love supporting a Veteran Owned business.

Blue Mountain is great - always prompt and professional. My pool looks great year round. The owner, Cliff, is always responsive and there to help when non-routine Mechanical issues arise.

This is a very good company, and we’ve been with them for 4+ years. When we’ve had unexpected issues with our pool, Cliff and the company have always made themselves available right away to take care of the problems. Since Cliff, the owner, was our first pool person, Our present one, has been equally efficient and reliable. Brandon is doing an excellent job and we are very pleased with their service.

Blue Mountain Pool Care has been awesome. They have never missed a single day, the pool is always clean as can be, and I never have to do anything to touch up or pick up after them. Cliff the owner originally helped us out and was so nice and informative on their processes and why’s. Helped make the decision easy to choose them. Tony has since taken over our route and he is great - just this last weekend my two daughters wanted to run outside and give him a Gatorade. He was so nice to them and everything as they interrupted his routine (like 10 times with tons of questions lol) - it’s great to get nice, trustworthy service, especially when if something goes wrong it can be expensive. I 110% recommend these guys to anyone who is looking good, honest, reliable pool care!

Blue Mountain Pool care has been incredible these past few years, Branden specifically has been AMAZING! They are detail-oriented, consistent, and easy to communicate with. They take the time to fix the small things that add on significant time but don't charge for. For instance, my pool vacuum was older and certain parts were coming loose. Branden took the time to take it all apart and put it back together so I could buy time before having to buy a new one. I would have been fine if they charged me but when I got the invoice nothing additional was added on and I know it took him a good chunk of time. They are a great company!

Blue Mountain Pool Care is a very reliable and reasonably priced company. What originally drew me to them, was the respect and honor they have for our military servicemen! The owner, Cliff, is very attentive to his customers' needs and concerns. They brought my pool back from a murky green, to a sparkling, clear blue and it has remained that way ever since!! I needed a pool pump replaced so I got quotes from multiple companies. Cliff was the only one that went into depth explaining what I should get and what I shouldn’t which made me feel comfortable going with him. When he finished the job, he noticed my gears were old on the pop ups and he replaced that with spare parts he had in the truck. He also removed a few pipes to help me fix a vacuum brush that I had without charging me any extra or asking for anything in return. He went above and beyond, and definitely earned me as a life long customer. I highly recommend Blue Mountain for any pool service you have. You should feel comfortable in knowing he will make sure everything is right with your pool before he leaves.
