We have used Above All Pool Care for MANY years. They have always been prompt, polite and respectful. The owner, Ken has always been attentive and so helpful. There are so many choices in the competitive market, but you won't go wrong choosing them. They never missed a service and we never had any complaints about their work. They are very trustworthy and reliable.

We have been clients of Above All Pool Care for 5+ years. Ken and his crew have been amazing. The company comes out weekly to service our pool and hot tub. We love that they always come as scheduled. They are also great at identifying issues and notifying us so we can get them fixed. Ken is great at troubleshooting even the more complex issues and is fair in his pricing of repairs.

Technicians were wonderful. Promt and made a good experience. However I do have 1 small compliant. No photos were added to 1st revised invoice as was supposed to have been done. I only asked to insure items used were used as I was not there.When asked they were provided to me with the same invoice with a big stamp marked final notice. All within 1st 24hrs. To me the stamp was like sending all capital letters that I had asked to much info. Unable to get ahold of anyone talk about it. Take it for what it is but I felt a little disrespected. This is the only way to let them know maybe a little better when office dealing with customers.

So my pool guy told me I might need a new pump (Hayward). So I called this company and asked them to come out and do a service call. SO HONEST. He let me know it was just the filters, did not try and sell me things I don't need. Very direct, not scared to let me know what I was doing wrong.... just amazing, down to business fix the problem. knew in 5 minutes what it was after he talked to my pool guy. In a world where everyone tries to take advantage of you - this guy MATT were amazing. Also next day service. INSANE!!! I have waited so long sometimes for service calls, as a new widow, I cry. God bless you guys and may you be forever successful!!! I rarely ever not get ripped off as a widow and a woman. What a blessing.

Great experience! Timely estimate, and service. We drained our own pool, they Calcium blasted the tiles , which look amazing now. The acid wash and tile replacements were done quickly and look great. Easy to work through the process and timing of the job with Ken. Jason and Matt did a fine job on the pool work. Polite , efficient, answered all our questions and cleaned up after completing their job. I would recommend them.

The crew installed a new heater for us, redid our plumbing and kool deck and they did a fabulous job. Great communication the whole way through and excellent workmanship. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their pool! Thank you above all pool care!

Horrible service. When I called about the fact that my pool is still dirty and foggy the same day I had a cleaning appointment I was met with excuses rather than accountability. Photo below shows my pool hours after its cleaning. Unbelievable.

We have had Dylan Wing taking care of our pool for over a year. He has always been Great. Professional, friendly and our dog loves him.

We’ve had to switch pool companies 3 different times (due to the other companies not showing up, up-charging, letting the pool turn green) and we are so happy to have Dylan with Crystal Falls Pools service our pool. We have used Crystal Falls Pools for over 2 years now and they are timely, responsive, fairly priced and good at communicating. Our pool is always swim ready.

Sunflower Pools helped us get our home pool ready for the season. We traded out the old sand ball for a new cartridge filter and cleared out some old debris left by the previous owner. Alfred knows his craft and will always steer you in the right direction. Thanks!
